Great customer service. Breakfast was delicious and the person in charge was very polite and gentle.

Bed sheets weren’t changed in a daily basis even though we asked to clean the room everyday.

Location, very comfortable bed, great shower, nice design... overall very nice.

The room was very spacious, the bedding was very comfortable, the amenities in general were great, the staff was super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very decent and the location is fantastic.

The location cannot be matched. Especially in that zone in Bogota.

It's a one night stay hotel. Or an executive location stay.

The facility is sooo tired. Lights in the lobby are out. The bathroom shower is a cabinet in the bedroom. The bed is a few feet from the sink - which is in the middle of the room.

The location is good, breakfast is good, the staff is friendly!

When I arrived at the hotel, the booked room was unavailable. Next, upon entering the room, I heard a loud noise, and I couldn’t understand what it was! After 30 minutes, when it finally stopped, I realized that someone was taking a shower in the next room. In the morning, around 6 am, someone turned on the TV in the next room and watched the news, which woke me up. I do not recommend this hotel if you want to get a good night's sleep.

Really nice buffet and good service

My room had a water leak and when I told it to the receptionist he answered that it’s been for a while but they couldn’t repare it.

The bed was comfortable, no noise outside the room.

The best thing of this place is the location, very central an safe area of the city near reastaurants and shops. The breakfast was ok, needed more variety but in general ok

you could hear everything, when people next door close the doors, so noise was a problem in the room. Room cleanliness is good but room service cleaning was average.

Hotel is in a good location. It’s very close to very good restaurants. Staff is really nice and helpful.

The best location in Bogota, and the staff really make this a wonderful stay. Very comfortable rooms. Breakfast is included and very good (only the arepas could be better).

I liked everything

The rooms are spacious, very comfortable and the breakfast is really good. The location is really safe with loads of bars and restaurants in easy walking distance.

The staff in general were superb however there was one guy on reception the second time we stayed who was offhand and arrogant. Hope you get to meet the lovely ones ?

Breakfast was good. Service was OK

Bathroom is open in the middle of the room. There is no privacy from the bed to the shower and only a flimsy sliding door between the toilet and the room.

Everyone was very friendly. As a vegan I was concerned about having anything to eat for breakfast, but the Restaurant team was so kind and welcoming and even made special vegan pancakes for me to eat. They also had almond milk for my caffe latte for me.I really appreciated the effort they put into making me feel welcome at this hotel.

Room, bed and shower all excellent

There are other hotels in same location which are slightly better value.
