Cozy, clean, and kind staff.

Breakfast was very good. All the staff we're very friendly and accommodating and made me feel welcome. The rooms are comfortable. The lobby/restaurant area is very large and comfortable with many seating options including couches. The decor is very tasteful and nothing seemed cheap or in bad condition.

The suite had a small kitchenette but no glasses, bowls, Etc. Having a coffee maker, some tea, glasses, cups, etc would be a nice improvement, as would a couch or loveseat. The hotel is next to a pretty busy road on a hill so there is a fair bit of traffic noise all the time; less at night but still present.

I stayed in better and cheaper hotels in Bogota . This hotel is not good for the price

I didn’t like the view, sheets were dirty, room was bad, the shower and the toiled are together , bad soap , bad towels.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. They are really the best!Breakfast is fine with good variety (they have fresh fruit, eggs, cheese, etc) and they also have a nice bar, but the food menu did dinner is below average.

The wifi connection was weak and unstable. Also when the hotel is at full capacity there is not enough hot water to shower in the morning, so I started showering before going to bed I the evening and then I could have a nice hot shower.

Every day stuff was cleaning the room.

Stuff don’t speek any english. More of that, they even don’t try to turn on translate app, and try to comunicate.

The location was excellent for my purpose. The staff was very pleasant, though their knowledge of English was not at the expected level. The food on the menu was very good.

There is no heating anywhere in the hotel so on cold days one does not feel comfortable.

Viaggio Urbano is not the same Viaggio when I stay few years ago. The room need to be remodel.

The room was very spacious and it was clean.

It felt like a student dorm. Very cold. Like a 2 star residence, not really like a hotel. Concrete walls. Location isn’t great, close to the highway. Someone at reception was very rude to my sister.

The rooms are cold, the windows aren't great. Ask for a room facing the city, not the busy road. There is not fitness room even though it's advertised. The staff mainly doesn't speak English.

It is falling apart (our curtain rod fell down) and very noisy, you can hear the lift banging in the rooms.

Nice hotel for a short stay in Bogota. Good location if you want to go to the center and also to the north, you can go quier fast.The staff is very friendly and ready to help.

It was comfortable and nice also the staff was there to attend any request, and the room environment was warm and easy to go with my remote work.

This is more part of my point view, there are details which most be taken in count like sink base shows not complete polish-end with the construction of the base and the window was a bit hard to open.
