Mercure Bogota Bh Retiro

Very nice staff, complete breakfast, great location.

The staff were very helpful getting us taxis and providing information. They were very professional. There were many great cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby.

Wonderful hotel and the management is exceptional. Diana ay the front desk was so helpful and a great asset to the hotel. The room was so comfortable and the sheets and bed are wonderful. Nice bathroom. You can’t beat the location in El Retiro and there’s so much to see; great shopping and restaurants just next-door. There’s a lot of fresh fruit at breakfast.

The staff of this hotel are absolutely wonderful. Diana at the front desk is a great asset to the hotel and was so helpful with any questions. They have a decent breakfast. The rooms don’t have air conditioning, but it wasn’t a problem for me as the window was large and opens to ventilate. I don’t know what it would be like during hot weather. The room was exceptionally clean and a very nice bathroom. The minibar is stocked with items for sale, but there’s room to put a couple extra things inside. Overall, a very good value and a fantastic safe location with lots of nice restaurants and stores nearby and a park in front.

Location is very good, and the room is very quiet

Breakfast was really bad, few options to choose; The bad of the room was not that comfortable.

good breakfast, very clean, great location

Location and price

Cleanness was not too good. The mattress had a hair on it.

Good location, safe area with a lot of things to do

The room are a bit outdated, nevertheless the bed was really comfortable

- The location is awesome- Very comfortable bed

- Doors lack acoustic insulation. You can hear all the sounds of people walking and talking in the corridors.- Some of the products offered at breakfast didn’t feel of good quality... the taste was not the best (ham, cheeses, breads, cereals).- No air conditioner in the room!

Location, price quality and nice breakfast.

Great location and upscale neighborhood Spacious and clean room, comfortable beds, and nice bathroom Very good value for money

Poor breakfast for supposedly 4* hotel. Breakfast was 2*. Staff dont speak english and don't wish you a happy new year. Service training is much needed.

Great location and friendly staff

Noise from the street and hallways could be heard clearly inside the room

Great locationCleanlinessVery friendly staff - helped us 24/7

A little bit of noise during nightsWe asked for a fan previously through the app and it didnt happen throughout the whole stay

very clean, great staff, amazing location, good breakfast

Location. the ataff is super nice. The price. The rooms are not bad at all. Good water pressure with hot water.

one elevator out of service. no AC..so you have to open a little window. the problem is..for the air to come in..you have to open the blinds a little.. and the apartments next door can see right inside.

Good location in Bogota, safe and good amenities close by.

Well located , clean

Asked for a fork and knife to eat in room and was denied even with a restaurant on bottom. One lift was not working

Really great breakfast with a lot of fresh fruit and juice options and helpful staff. Room was comfortable. Hotel was clean and in a pleasant location. Felt safe walking around and easy to get Uber to city centre.

Good location close to malls and restaurants within the Financial District of Bogotá. The staff was very helpful. The price is fine for the quality of the service and ammenities.

N.A

Satff was nice and the hotel was comfortable. Location is unparalleled. Close enough to the heart of Zona Rosa to walk there in minutes, but not close enough that the noise of bustle is an issue

The room was comfortable enough, but it felt a bit dated. It didn't feel like a four star hotel
