Pros +
- Room sizes, no surprise fees, well-supported by Uber Eats, plenty of restaurants to choose from
- The location was great for me because it is very close to my friend's apartment. Everyone I talked to was very friendly. The room and lobby were both very clean and the wifi was fast.
Cons -
- Nothing is in walking distance, the staff is slightly attitude-y
- The hotel didn't give us the room that we were supposed to get. We confirmed with them directly, and told us that were assigned to the room 205, but when we arrived they said the room 205 was occupied. Very bad customer service.
- These are very minor complaints, but there is a lot of tile and not a lot of carpet, so the noise seems to echo around the atrium/hotel. There was also a problem with the drain so it drained was slow.
