* Amazing location, you are next door to many fantastic restaurants, places to go out, and also it is quiet you will have good sleep.* The breakfast was actually really good, our experience in colombia been every place that offered breakfast it was horrible, but here it was well stocked options with varying local and international food every day.* Quiet for a good night sleep, the beds were comfy, the internet fast

* The gym is very basic, some dumbbells that go to maximum of 24kg, and a cabel machine that you can use to makeshift target different muscle groups, but ya don't expect much from the gym, you are close to commercial gyms to get some exercises though

Rules that do not let you take fruits or a plate from the breakfast room to my room, especially for a business call commitment that needed to be taken from the room.Tv does not offer any internet system (Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, HboMax), only cable basic channels.

Clean hotel in a safe location. Breakfast was ample with lots of choices. Room was spacious. Water is provided in the room —one is courtesy, the rest paid. The location is near many restaurants and bars.

Staff was unfriendly and seemed judgmental. The interactions were very awkward. I was given an extra hour to check out and yet they badgered me with calls on the phone. The hotel room has a very sterile look and feel.

Staff need to know mire information to tell visitors. Like vicinity of shops or tourust attractions.

Rooms are very comfortable and clean, spacious and well kept. The staff are very kind and helpful, all the waiters and front desk were very attentive and helpful. Always greeting you with a big smile and assisting where possible with whatever you need. The room service menu is not bad and inexpensive, overall good value for money as well as exceptionally located.

The breakfast staff are adorable and the variety for breakfast is good, however the food quality is not. Colombia is known for their staple of pericos which are so easy to make but the eggs, bread and meats and cheeses are overall very bad quality. Good fruit and hot chocolate, bad coffee!

The staff was very nice, it was a great area to stay. It is pretty comfortable, but it is not a 5 star as advertised

So, the roof top was closed every day (even when they offered the very first day a free drink at the rooft top).

I loved the amazing location and the great staff.

The only downside was that the breakfast was just okay, and the bathroom amenities could be improved.
