Novotel Bogota Parque 93

Room was clean. Location was nice by a park.

When checking in, I requested to cancel the second night of my reservation because my flight plans had changed drastically. Even though they had a 24hr cancellation policy, they refused to cancel the second night. The workers spoke very limited English, but I wasn't allowed to speak to a manager as they weren't "on-site". The room was way too hot because their AC wasn't on. The bathroom tub floor bent while moving around and I was worried it was going to break. The restaurant was also unexpectedly closed while I was there. The hotel was ok and the location was good, but overall, it wasn't worth the rest of the hassle the hotel caused. Avoid it.

Room cleanliness and behavior , support of the staffs. Very professional.

They lack to provide small amenities likes water everyday in the room, toiletries set, free tea bags and coffee refills.

I love the attention about details by the staff. At the morning, around 6:15am, before leave to the airport; I went to see the breakfast to take some fruit and a some of the staff ask me if a want a book to the some bite for my ride. This really made my morning.

The staff really tries hard to please.

I was there during a cold spell, and the dining room where I had all-day meetings apparently has no heating.

It's just a good hotel at a great location, whose price is very sensible because it isn't horribly expensive given the actual value delivered to guests

I wish windows were larger ...

No Shampoo in the bathroom during the stay. Music too loud at the restaurant and lobby, no comfortable place to work outside the room.

The property cancelled my reservation the day of arrival and booked me elsewhere

They booked me elsewhere for the entirety of my stay because of a leak. I was to meet my brother and his wife that were staying there. They checked in the next day without incident

Great area, safe, quite. Good variety breakfast. 24 hr pharmacy and 24 hr McDonalds are 2 min away - helpful for arriving late at night, when all other places already closed

Cable TV was down for 2 days

Did not have breakfast at the hotel .I did like the location and environment of hotel also the room space was good

The bathroom is nice but too dark as a woman we need more light for makeup.Also the top sheet was stain and not properly place , was hard to pull it off to cover up our bodies.Also the room didn’t have an iron which is very important.

Everyone was very polite and profesional. Some minor things but I will come back for sure.

They forgot twice to clean the room. And the water runs out from the shower into the bottom of the sink.

My experience at Novotel 93 was an absolute disaster. The service and customer care were so poor that I had to cancel my reservation and leave with my family to find another hotel in the same area. I cannot believe a hotel of this category would offer such unprofessional and indifferent treatment to its guests.While the location is excellent, what truly matters during a stay is the service, and here, it simply doesn’t exist. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless they don’t care about poor treatment and lack of attention. It was a disappointing experience I hope never to endure again.

In general everything was good, not complains. food was good but not excellent.

it looks that the maintenance of the rooms need some upgrades. i have been in this hotel several times but this time i noticed that the area is getting bad, too much noise, the music around the hotel in some bars and nightclubs do not let you sleep well. the area was crowded and some sidewalks in a very bad shape. It used to be a nice neighborhood , now is becoming too popular, noisy and crowded unfortunately. .

Originally booked a room with two beds. Upon arrival, the hotel had a master bed (very big) available. However, the bed was huge and super comfortable.

It is a very good hotel. The rooms are nice, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a safe zone so you don't have any problems around,you can move around freely.

The only thing that was the issue for us is that since Bogota is little bit a cold city, maybe they can find some solution to heat up little bit the room.

The best breakfast ever, the selection was just amazing. Very friendly staff at the reception.

The gym was not in use due to roof leakage, however it seemed the hotel did not intend to fix this in the near future.

Location

I paid for a superior room, but it was not good maintenance. The bed was broken, the bathroom looked old.

Staff was nice, it was in really good location near 93 Park, rooms had air conditioning.

Poor room lighting, the shower door did not close correctly and one of the bed legs was broken. But it did not made our stay uncomfortable.

Everything! The room was very nice, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was very clean too.
