Nice hotel - some problems with staff, but a Mgr got involved and all ok. Nice hotel and breakfast, and good lovation

My flight was rescheduled and it was close to the Airport and offered a free shuttle.. However, the wait for the shuttle was too long, so I had to take a taxi both ways. Which was $10 each way. So not too bad. The staff was nice.

As soon as I walked in the room there was a huge hair ball on the ground. Also, the water was brown when it came out of the faucet and one set of my blinds were broke so I had to sleep with the window open, which was creepy.

Aloft offered a loft-style experience with modern furniture.

Hotel is not air conditioned and ventilation system did not bring enough cool outside air into room. Room was this uncomfortably hot. Half of electrical outlets in room did not work and window blinds were slightly broken and did not function properly.

Upon arriving to the hotel, I was informed that the room I booked with a king size bed was unavailable. So I was given a room with two double beds. On first entry, the key didn't work. No snacks, no water, nothing in the room. Was expecting more from 4 *s

This newer hotel is conveniently located close to the Bogota airport with an airport shuttle available and a nice breakfast included. Our room was very nice and well maintained. With the exception of check in staff all staff were very professional.

I would have rated this hotel higher, but was very annoyed with our check in experience. When we arrived we were told there was a problem with our room. It appears that the problem was they overbooked, not our problem and frankly unacceptable.

The location close to the airport. The check in process was fast

We arrived at that hotel a 9:00pm and the counter man told us that the kitchen close at 10pm. We ran to the restaurant asking for food and wait around 1 hour and 15 minutes to get the dinner. We went to sleep around 11pm a woke up at 245am to take another flight. They need to ensure more people working at the restaurant.

Too noisy including in the restaurant. In two days the room was not cleaned. I requested several time and never done. Not toilet paper also.No AC in the room, too hot including in winter.I will never visit a Aloft hotel again. First time ever happened.

The staff was very unhelpful. The room was reserved for my daughter. They had no record of the reservation and said the room was not paid for, but my confirmation from bookings showed it was paid with my credit card. I spoke to the hotel representative and offered to give them a credit card over the phone, but they would not accept it. We will never go to that hotel again.

Breakfast needs improvement. Poor selection. See other restaurants like the ones next to the US embassy.

The hotel and breakfast provided were nice and the staff tried to be helpful for the most part, but several times forgot about our requests or didn't keep us updated on the progress of them

We had issues with the fridge in our room not working and that taking a while to get replaced and also with the coffee maker not being set up correctly. The cleaning staff also came into our room several times while I was working.

Location close to the airport, shuttle service and great breakfast.

The rooms need a bit of maintenance, there is no chair in the desk. Asked for one and never got it. Wifi access its confusing, they should have the password on every room. The AC its central, cannot adjust it from the room.
