    Pros +

    • I had a very good stay at Avani Zona T Hotel. The location is awesome, right in Zona T and close to many great restaurants, bars, and places to explore. The amenities are good, simple, and comfortable nothing fancy, but everything you need for a pleasant stay.I’d especially like to thank Daniel at the front desk. He was extremely helpful, helped us get the best room, recommended great places to visit, and answered all our questions promptly and professionally. His service really made a difference and added a personal touch to our stay.I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
    • Avani Royal Zona T Bogotá is in the heart of Zona T, right next to Andrés DC. The hotel has friendly staff, large, comfortable rooms, and offers good value. It’s just a 10–15 minute Uber ride to La Candelaria and major tourist attractions in a safe area.
    • This hotel is in a safe area of Bogotá with plenty of nearby bars and restaurants. Rooms are very spacious, staff extremely friendly, and breakfast offers healthy, delicious options like fresh juices plus à la carte continental choices.

    Cons -

    • One elevator was out of service during the stay. I heard that outside noise could be an issue for some rooms, but I didn’t experience it.
    • The only downsides are some nighttime noise from the area and echoes in corridors near elevators. Highly recommended overall.
    • Very noisy, not only the outside noise but inside you could hear everything from other rooms and corridors.Rooms are very outdated. Bathroom is extremely small, toilet leaks and is very old. Not many toiletries. ( even the paper towel holder is empty and you have to order it).No accesible outlets on the nightstands for connectivity, towels were poor quality, only one toilet paper roll ( typical hotel standards are not met), only one very tiny service elevator available. Iron/ ironing board and other minimal things you have to call and order and to do that online is not that straightforward as they make it seem. The window treatment doesn’t allow a proper view to the outside which was disappointing.

Pros: friendly and professional staff; nice clean and spacious room; good wifi; good location across the road from the restaurant, cafe and bar area; good breakfast provided. Safe location.

Cons: no ironing facilities in the room; gym poor as in not much equipment.

This is the closest hotel to the Andino shopping mall and restaurant area. It is embedded in this upscale shopping center. Breakfast is buffet style and decent with a good soread of local fruits.

Black walls in the lobby make it feel spooky. Rooms are medium-sized but decent. Not too much space for business-focused laptop work.

Nice breakfast bar. Restaurant is very dark - like eating breakfast in a nightclub. But good food.

Very dark restaurant. My WiFi wasn't working but the hotel staff moved me to a room that had a working antenna.

I never tried the breakfast but the dinner was very good. My daughter had an event there and the service and accommodations were great.

Not having the menu in English was a little frustrating.

We stayed for one short night between flights. The hotel is in an excellent location by many great restaurants and bars. The interior and facilities look recently updated and quite nice. The concierge were very friendly, giving us restaurant recommendations nearby. The bed was very comfortable - I wish we could've spent more than one night!

staff were nice. water pressure was goodyou are right in the middle of a shopping district. very busy street.

I was charged for breakfast even though I prepaid for it. the room was moldy, no ventilation in the bathroom, no fan and the shower was poorly designed so there is always standing water.AC didn't keep up so we were always very hot, windows opened only slightly.room was dark with very low ceilings.the cleaning spray they use smells so badly. the first night it had been overused so much our eyes burned and we had to switch rooms, the person at the front desk said it made him nauseous being in our room.the pictures aren't remotely what the rooms look like, incredibly misleading. I recommend avoiding at all costs.

very nice cosy breakfast area and central location at the Zona T right next to iconic Andres DC and several shopping centers.

Room furniture and interior architecture and bathroom was not to the level of a 4 star hotel, e.g. linoleum fake wood flooring had holes underneath. Also, did not like the amount of people begging and trying to sell you something on the street in front of the hotel
