The staff are soo friendly and kind. I enjoyed the beef steak and the breakfast. The room was clean and well maintained. Very good place to stay.

Nothing. The hotel is clean and well located. The staff go out of their way to make guests comfortable and despite the language barrier, I really enjoyed my stay.

The rooms need an update. The furniture is very outdated. The door opens with a key! The mattress was very hard for our liking. We did not sleep so well. They tried to accommodate us as much as possible.

Staff was exceptional. Unfortunately, rooms/studios are very dated. Spacious, very clean and great location but the furniture, doors, safe box are old and dated. I stayed at one bedroom room and no coffee maker, just a dorm fridge. Wifi was excellent and first floor restaurant were newer but rooms need love.

This small hotel is truly exceptional on all fronts. The staff is friendly, competent, ready to help with anything. The junor suites include a comfortable living room area with a desk, a coffee table and sofa. The wifi is excellent: stable and fast.

Very unflexible early check-in and late check-out policies. I arrived 2 hours early after a 10 hour trip, the hotel was not fully booked and rooms were available and staff insisted that I pay for early check in. The same happened when I checked out: if I wanted to stay an extra two hours I had to pay extra, even though the hotel was not booked. This inflexibility and insistance in paying extra makes me not wanting to return.

Great location - only 3 minute walk from Andino Mall. Plenty of shops and restaurants within easy and safe walking distance.Our room was perfect - quiet, with an excellent shower. Very clean, and nicely serviced by the staff.Nice breakfast, and polite and friendly service from all the staff.

Rooms were quite dark and dated. No glasses or complimentary water in room. Bed in 302A was extremely uncomfortable, staff kindly moved me to 202A where bed was more comfortable.

1) Stayed here for four nights at the start of my month-long vacation in Colombia. The location is good. Convenient and close to dining options and nightlife. There was some noise but relatively quiet. I also use a white noise machine so that helped.2) Breakfast started early and the staff is great. Everyone friendly and helpful.3) Room is small and basic but it is generally clean. Very basic room so don't expect much. I wouldn't stay here too long as it will quickly feel claustrophobic. They cleaned it when asked and kept it neat.4) Wifi is really good. No issues at all.

1) The room is freezing. It is sometimes colder in the room than outside. Make sure you ask for a heater when you check in. I got one on my last night and it made it more comfortable.2) The bed is so hard. It's like sleeping on a wood panel. I wake up with pain in my hips and back.3) I am in room 502A, and it seems smells from the restaurant waft up to the room on the 5th floor. I am worried that my clothes will smell of food. Close your suitcase, always.4) Breakfast is limited to one item. One item. Very restrictive but food is cheap in town so not a big deal.
