Hilton Bogota

The room was amazing...clean, classy. What you would expect from a Hilton. The entire hotel was awesome and the staff was great too! Helpful. And very happy about the vegetarian menu at the restaurant-something that is difficult to come by in Bogota!

Breakfast was good. The waitress was very attentive and very nice.

I called for room service on my next to last day. No one answered. I then contacted the front desk to see if they could help me. No answer either. I gave up.

Bed bugs problem. After the first night I noticed 10-15 bites on my lower back and asked the staff to be moved to another room which they promptly did and even helped me carry my things. At that point I still didn't know that these were bed bugs as the bites get more painful a day or 2 later. After my return from Bogota I wrote to the hotel notifying them of their bed bugs problem but only response I received was: very sorry about your experience, we hope you will return. Sorry but this is not acceptable. It's been 6 days now and my lower back is still swollen and quite painful.

One of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had. The staff was AWESOME, excellent food in the restaurants - especially enjoyed the breakfast. Very nice location and hotel very safe. Would definitely recommend this property.

Had double-double (for two people) but only got one glass, one washcloth, one hand towel (first day) and only two bath towels.

The location, professionalism of the staff, and attention to security in security-challenged Colombia stood out.

This time I got a better room - more space and a nice walk in dressing - overall this time things were much better for my stay

The one thing is the water refill is very annoying as you need to take the bottle and go to the corridor and refill your glass bottle that does not fit in the machine- bottle is bigger than the space for it - I suggest to replace it with more adequate bottles

Pretty much everything. Bogota had no water but the hotel had sufficient reserves, which made a huge difference.

The drain of my bathroom's sink was clogged. I told staff.

even after upgrading to a bigger room - little old and not wide enough, coffee capsules are not deployed upon arrival,no bottled water or kettle - need to go to a vending machine in the hallbreakfast is no more than the minimungym is poor if you need more than threadmillrooftop bar closes at 20:30 or 2100...

Late check in. No view whatsoever in the room. Asked for high floor in advanced which we did not get. I have seen some people going to hotels which are $150 cad a night and much better room and view. Very disappointed

Extremely helpful and friendly staff.

The door in the accessible bathroom has no handle so it's very difficult to close it, more so for a person with disabilities. Furthermore, it would be good if the bed in the accessible rooms wasn't so tall.

The staff was personable and very helpful. The food was really good. The hotel was clean and modern. It wasn't in close proximity to major tourist sites and activities, but the location of the hotel appeared to be quite safe and provided a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of the city centre.

Staff were excellent (in particular Jackson and Diego) at the front desk. Would definitely stay again!

Check in had long line and we had to wait 30+min for check-in after long flight. Overall one of our least fav Hilton Hotel experience.
