Do you want to be your own bellboy! Voila!We had to take our luggage ourselves to the room! When checking out I took the shelve from the lobby in time and somebody stole it so I had to get it again ?‍♀️?

The bed was large & very comfortable. Air conditioning efficient & quiet. Nice balcony with chairs.Large fluffy towels. Large shower & lots of hot water.

The smell of sewage in the bathroom was dreadful, especially in the mornings.The restaurant was disappointing, the breakfast looked unappetising & vastly over priced at 20 euros.We only ate one supper in the restaurant, food was awful & again vastly overpriced.We were turned away on the 14th even though we were resident.Willy was quite rude.

The hotel was clean & nicely decorated. The garden & pool area were lovely as was the pool bar.lovely large comfy bed & nice balcony. The air conditioning was efficient & quiet.One staff member ( Rachel ? ) was especially nice

The smell of sewage in the bathroom in the morning was dreadful even though we left the light/fan on all night.One staff member ( Willy ) was very sharp with me when I enquired about borrowing a book.The breakfast at 20 euros was overpriced & looked awful, we only had coffee.We only ate in the hotel restaurant once, the food was dreadful & vastly overpriced. My pork fillet was tough as was my husbands duck. our friends prawn was not cooked properly. The wine waiter dripped red wine all down the glass which ended up on my husbands shirt.The bar staff in the pool bar were slow & totally inefficient..

Good location for beaches

Found the staff generally unfriendly, the usual issue with people putting towels on pool beds and leaving them there from early Over priced food and drinkmorning

I liked the location, the decor, the room, the swimming pool, the staff, and the breakfast. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The entire hotel was clean and comfortable in general. Loads of choices at the breakfast bar.

I didn't like having the view on a pile of rubbish from my room the entire stay. I didn't like the many wear and tears throughout the bedroom/bathroom. As it is a 4 stars hotel everything should be on point. There were 3 big black dots on the TV, a little annoying.

It is hard to get parking and hard to get a reservation in their hotel restaurant.

Very nice hotel on an island that doesnt have so many 4 or 5 star hotels..great location, clean beautiful rooms..hotel feels like an oasis..very nice staff, good bar..parking a bit small, but there is huge free parking 1 minute walk away..ok breakfast, but expensive with 20 eur per person, but this is normal on Martinique it seems..

The most lovely hotel. Perfect location right in the middle of restaurants and only a few minutes walk to the beach. Rooms were large and very comfortable, we even had a balcony with a drying rack. Pool was superb, plenty of pool chairs and there’s a swim up bar.

The atmosphere at the hotel is good. They regularly organise entertainment for guests. Staff in the main hotel are friendly. Nice pool. Room was clean

Breakfast food options could be better. Staff in the restaurant are a bit jumpy and impatient. The hotel should consider adding additional service time for dinner as they are always full. Mosquitoes in the room, they should consider adding something in the rooms for this.

Location was right for me. Inside the room the quality was slightly better.

The property is a little tired. Rooms are organised around an open format with a pool in the centre. All a bit tired looking. Barely a four star. No facilities for an evening meal.

Amazing pool and pool bar. Nice and clean with beautiful decor and friendly staff. Excellent location short easy walk from Anse Mitan Beach and to the dock where the ferry takes you into Fort de France and for other excursions. Street parking was easy for us every night. Lots of shops and restaurants walking distance from the hotel. Breakfast was great too. The resort was quiet during the day and relaxing. There was some live music/acoustic on the Friday night but it was quiet well before 10. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. We were married in Martinique at a nearby beach and our florist couldn't get her delivery truck to the hotel due to a road closure so the staff let her bring boxes of flowers and build the flower arches at the hotel. I really appreciate them.

This place was perfect. No complaints at all.

Great location close to shops, restaurants and beaches. Just newly renovated rooms, pool, and sun deck. Beautiful tropical garden

The location is central.

The air conditioning in the room did not work, and despite telling the staff it was not fixed and we were not offered another room. We slept in an 85-degree room. Then, construction crews started renovating the rooms around us at 6am. The hotel was basically empty so I'm not sure why they put us in a room next to ongoing, very loud, renovations.

Pool was nice, rooms were good size

The breakfast was very expensive for a below average breakfast. Made to wait hours for check in and messed up the booking. Finally the pool was closed on the last day and we were informed a few days before arrival
