This hotel is ideal for families But not for people with reduced mobility unless you have a car and park near the 100/200 rooms level

My room was amazing - with a private terrace and well stocked kitchenette. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to ride the ferry to Fort-de- France (round trip €6.2).

Need a car. Friendly young staff. Nice petite units. No screens.

Hot water was not available in the morning. This is most likely because of the solar panel heating system. So no improvements can be expected as long as EU wants to save the planet through the green deal policy. Kitchen was border-line equipped with random utensils; no toaster, no all purpose knife (only 2 doll bread knifes - need to buy one), an unusable potato peeler, beyond description worn out pans, a leaking fridge, etc. The air conditioning was very noisy and at certain speeds was rattling, making an annoying noise during the night. The bathroom had a very poor aspect with multiple layers and types of tiles and a makeshift door and noisy movement activated fan. Very disappointed in the light where Panormaic is advertised as a newly renovated hotel.

All great - if you can request a room below the car park We were first floor so this did not bother us but if you are ground floor the cars would be your primary view

Rooms were like little apartments with everything needed, but the best was the phenomenal view.

The road getting up to the hotel was a steep and a bit sketchy to walk when wet.

Travelling by car to other parts of the island from the hotel can be very slow due to traffic volume and road construction.

Excellent studio apartment with a good sized bathroom. Shower excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good English spoken. Ideal location for walking down to the village and beach at Anse a l'Ane but the hill was steep.

No inside dining table.

We stayed in this nice apartment with a genuine Caribbean touch, a fully equipped kitschen, a nice bathroom and a great view over the bay below. You can order baguettes and croissants at the reception for breakfast, the first day it was included. Parking could be found easily outside.

The hill up from the beach was quite steep and long.

The view was exceptional. The bed very comfortable. Good AC. Within walking distance from the beach and restaurants, but it’s a very steep walk back.

The lighting in the room is a bit lacking, which made it hard to read, unless on the bed. The kitchen is only minimally stocked (i.e. no spatula for morning eggs).

Fantastic location, amazing and clean area, very kind staff. Comfortable bed and you can use ur own kitchen in case u dont need to spend each night in the restaurant. Fascinating view on the sea, beach and the green hill. No problem with car parking at all all the tine. I really recommend that place to stay.

The staff was friendly enough and there were no issues with cleanliness

I had five nights booked here, but I left for another hotel in less than 24 hours. It was just an unpleasant environment really. The surrounding area is depressed with a nearby trash pile, a busy public beach parking lot, and the building sits atop an uncomfortably steep hill. Also, after showing me my room, the staff person left it unliked and someone opened the door to enter a couple hours later. My real gripe with the hotel is a lack of refund for the unused nights. If a guest is unhappy with a stay to the point of leaving for another hotel, I would assume a refund would be in order. So, I don't think this is an appropriate hotel for vacations or guaranteed enjoyment. If you don't like it, you'll be stuck paying. Knowing their policy, I left anyway because it's my one vacation of the year, and I didn't want to waste it being unhappy with lodging. Next time, I won't stay someplace where a no refund policy is needed for unused nights.

Great apartment, very clean with a well equipped kitchen so we could cook. Free breakfast on the first morning was yummy French pastries and bread. Loved the view out over the bay and the fact that they offer bag storage and a shower is available to use after you have checked out of your room.

Up a very steep but short hill - but it did give you exercise and a fantastic view!

The staff was incredible, every one of them who we interacted with made the experience so much better and easier. We loved the view. We loved that the property had been recently renovated. We loved the pool, which was very clean and well kept. The full kitchen was perfect for us, stocked with everything we would need. As written in other reviews, this place is a "jumping off" point for any activities you wish to do. The hotel is located basically in a residential area. Unless you are not interested in doing anything but going to the pool, you will most definitely need a car.

There really is not enough storage in the room for clothes and belongings, especially for a stay that is a week or more.The outside balcony is nice, but a portable fan would have done wonders because it really gets hot out there.
