    Pros +

    • There was an excellent place to eat about a 10 min walk away.
    • Close to several beaches and a nice walking path.
    • Everything is more or less in order, but it's a big 3* resort, so you can expect what you usually get in big 3* resorts

    Cons -

    • I did not like anything about the hotel.
    • Some upkeep required in the rooms, such as missing fixtures.
    • Checking was a disaster. Queue took 30 min, and I was turned away because their policy is to bring all your family with you at the checkin in person!

I had a fantastic short stay at Karibea Saint Luce Hotel. Everything about the experience was enjoyable—from the warm hospitality to the excellent accommodations. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, providing the perfect space to relax. The food was also a highlight of my stay. Every meal was delicious, with a great variety of options that truly enhanced the experience. The hotel's atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was top-notch.I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay. I look forward to visiting again in the future!.

    I can't think of anything!!

Good location, good service, and very clean.

The electricity stopped working one day for about half an hour, and the water also stopped on the day we were leaving.

    Nice place

We stayed here for three nights. The room was good and most staffs were nice. However, the last night in the hotel restaurant we were treated Very rudely during dinner by a waitress called Audrey, who was in white shirt and a hair bun. when we were on the way with our food to the table at the back of the restaurant, we were blocked by Audrey, who was rude and showed us a face and didnt even bother to explain why we couldnt sit there. We asked politely but she simply gestured us to go away and caused a conflict on the spot. Her impatience and condescending way of treating customers was shocking. We found very unfair to not be able to select a seat and asked for refund. Fortunately another nice waiter Mehdi explained to us the zone was reserved for some public servants but since there was no manu servants dined in that evening, he apologized and brought us back to the seat we wanted and set the table for us. We then saw Audrey argued Mehdi for offering the seat to us.we paid for the hotel and EXTRA for the dinner so we expected some moderate services from the hotel restaurant. It was an unacceptable service. We are very dissatisfied with Audrey's service which caused a bummer at our night as there was even no one taking the seats and she obviously just didnt want to hv people on her zone for table tidy up. We hope some supervisor can explain to her the importance of courtesy and communication and would like to thank again mehdi for being very professional fixing it.------French belowNous avons séjourné ici pendant trois nuits. La chambre était bien et la plupart du personnel était gentil. Cependant, la dernière nuit au restaurant de l'hôtel, nous avons été traités très grossièrement pendant le dîner par une serveuse appelée Audrey, qui était en chemise blanche et un chignon.

The hotel property is nested on several acres of land, so it was very spacious and surrounded by greenry. This alleviate the heat despite the temperate was at 30 degrees or more most days. The private access to the beach at the back of the hotel.

The hotel states both languages are spoken which are English and French, which was the key reason for me booking my trip at the hotel. However, not all staff spoke English and for those who did, it was very limited. It affected me taking my daughter on excursions. The photos on booking.com are clearly outdated. The pool near the main bar need some updgrading. The plunge pool near La Foye resturant is exceptional. There is moarse on some of the walls at the external of the property. The Snack Bar could provide more options for meals instead of pizza only. The hotel should consider all-inclusive options. I travelled with my daugher and it cost 100 euros per day for lunch and dinner. We stayed for 6 nights and it was horrifying having to see and eat the same breakfast spread everyday.

    The pools were nice.

    - Half of the kitchen was outside, which was strange. On the ground floor, I did not feel safe using the kitchen at night.- Phone in the room did not work- Internet in the room did not work- When I used the oven in the kitchen, all the power in the room went out. Staff were not proactive in helping me get this remedied.- Staff were in general not very helpful or service-oriented- Restaurants had very limited hours, outside of these there was no way to get something to eat.- The resort as a whole seemed outdated and not well kept. Price was too expensive for the quality.- Location is not great - you can't get anywhere without a car.

    - Location and the pool was nice. - rooms were clean and cannot complain. - staff helpful and polite. - breakfast was good and simple (canteen experience in a way, though nice).

    - No advertising of the presence of the point of contact for activities planning upon arrival. - The room was facing the disco area. Even with no one on the dance floor they played music quite loudly till 2300hrs most nights even though we were informed it was till 2200hrs max. - Parking was a BIG problem.

I had a great time. My room was perfect situated, hotel staff was very receptive

Restaurant service was the worst. Schedule dinning is not something I look forward to while on vacation

    the location was nice

the room was very outdated the picture at booking did not show the actual room I got.You don’t get a pool towel if you’re staying less than 4 nights.I find that ridiculous and stupid I would not stay there again

Beautiful location and exteriors. The swimming pools are very well maintained.

The room was a little bit run down, but fair enough.Restaurant expensive and really deceiving

    4OlgaPosted on: 3-11-2023

    Not worth the money.

Loud music from bar which you could her in your room on friday and saturday until 22:00. No beach towels if you stay 3 nights or less.

    1SusanPosted on: 3-5-2023

The location is nice with choice of several sandy beaches within walking distance.

Filthy, Home to Cockroaches and Guests not Helped 1) I asked for help but was given a map and sent out in the dark to walk carrying heavy suitcases to find the block my room was located in - it's a big site. I'm a small single, female, nearly 70 years old and was tired from a long flight. Unimpressed!2) On entering my room I was greeted by a cockroach racing around on the dirty freestanding fridge. When I complained management offered to supply me with a pesticide spray! I couldn't believe it - Martinique is in the EU - there are rules for the use of pesticides - eradication of cockroaches requires the services of a pest control company. 3) The furniture was old and very basic - the whole place was tired and in need of refurbishment. 4) The food wasn't great either. Your allocated arm band colour designated the time you could go to the restaurant. 5) Smoking was allowed around the perifery of the open sided restaurant allowing the smoke to waft in whilst diners ate. Many of the guests smoked.
