- The staff was really friendly
- friendly staff. Good location.
- Staff was amazing, checkin was easy, an the location was superb, close to everything you need including the beach.
Cons -
- No elevators available especially if you are on the 4th floor and have to carry bags and a baby up and down. The doors need attention.
- Breakfast was scarce. Toast and fruits only. They charged me more at check in than what was advertised. I was really upset.
- We were not happy with the service that we received in the hotel restaurant. The service was extremely slow. The staff were unfriendly. Approximately 8 days of out 10 day holiday was bad service. Our breakfast was continental and therefore should be fast.
