The hotel was comfortable and well located.

I had two disappointing experiences that affected my stay. The day I checked in, I noticed the area around the toilet was dirty, with hairs from a previous guest. I asked for it to be cleaned again, even tipped the cleaning staff, but it was never properly done, so I ended up cleaning it myself.Later, I was charged over 3,000 pesos (about 170 USD) for laundry. They charge per piece instead of by weight, even for socks or undergarments, which led to an unreasonable total. When I raised my concern, the hotel confirmed it was standard policy and offered no adjustment.Future guests should be wary of this pricing practice. If they are overcharging this much for something as simple as laundry, it makes you wonder what else they might be overcharging for.Overall, the stay was fine otherwise, but the lack of basic cleanliness and transparency left a bad impression.

Staff was friendly, it was clean, and looked elegant.

Bed was too hard. The hotel offered a good breakfast with a few pages menu, however, although we had the breakfast included in our booking, we could only get coffee, orange juice and portion of eggs with ham or vegetable, everything else was not included in the price. We wanted omelet with ham and cheese and had to pay extra for cheese. Very disappointing by that price. On arrival, the room and bathroom were super warm. Our experience in similar hotels was different, the air conditioner was switched on earlier to bring temperature to enjoyable level in time for guests arrival.

Location, staff, design and rooftop patio with soaking pools!

Liked everything Was a bit pricey for area but it was a treat for a Vacation.

Breakfast could have been better. Too cold in communal areas - air con way too strong.

Staff were outstanding, the food was excellent, room was quiet, you have the feeling of being inside a luxury hotel with its own unique personality.

Wi-Fi was painfully slow, it was so slow that it hurt my feelings. That being said it was New Year's, so all is forgiven.

Big rooms with good air con but not value for money

The hotel is beside the noisiest part of town so sleep is impossible. Limited breakfast options if this is included in your price, unless you want to pay more. Hotel as it is today is a 3 star and not value for money and far better options in Mérida. Avoid

The WiFi was very very slow.

The property is on a beautiful avenue in Merida walking distance to shopping, museums, restaurants, and a stroll to Centro. The porch is so inviting and the rooftop jacuzzi perfect for a dip and rest.

The staff was incredibly attentive. Every concern was addressed immediately.. The location could not have been better and the facility was beautiful.

I don’t think I would reserve a room with a private balcony and pool again since the public balcony everything that could be desired.

Incredible new hotel! The staff went above and beyond to be helpful. They have a concierge WhatsApp service to help book transportation which was very helpful. The hotel is super stylish and smells amazing. Very comfortable bed and a perfect location. Five stars!!!

Excellent stay. Terrible and very delayed service at the restaurant for breakfast.

It has plenty of space in the parking area. And it is in very strategic street a block away from the hotel
