the room was big. the bed was good and the sheets were clean. The breakfast attendant was very nicely.

there were a dead cockroach at the room and the sink was clogged, but we were changed room. the staff at the reception weren't very nicely. The car parking was 3 blocks away.

The staff is very cheerful and kind. They are interested in making your stay as comfortable as possible. The location is great with a few blocks from the center. The rooms are very nice and the breakfast is included with the room. I would happily return.

This lovely hotel is in a great location. You can easily walk to Plaza Grande, Calle 60, restaurants. The entire staff made you feel welcome and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Poor internet connectivity. Water temperature of in-room pool was not pleasant to dip into. Toilet flush was insufficient, a bit defective.

Not having a fridge in the room is terrible with a hot weather, it is advertised as a 5 stars place on booking.com but it is not.

I believe this was a hidden gem. It was conveniently located within walking distance to numerous activities along a major route for public transportation, and the facilities were exceptionally well-maintained.

The room that I booked in the photos were supposed to have a private pool, but the room that I was going to receive was a room without windows. They upgraded me into a room with windows, but neither situation would’ve had the private pool that I originally thought I was booking. Great location, staff, amenities. Quiet at night, strong and personal WiFi (per room). Main pool is always clean and refreshing. I stayed in a junior suite on the first level. This suite included its own mini pool and lots of natural light. I had to work remotely 2/3 nights I stayed. The big windows facing my own private patio made a huge difference.I agree with other travelers that the breakfast offered is OK. I ended up eating breakfast and getting great matcha and drinks at the little cafe next door.

The property around it — the difficult sidewalks. Although we eventually figured out how to walk safely.If you have trouble on broken, and sometimes dark sidewalks, I’d choose somewhere else. It was so close to the center of town, we adjusted.

The staff at the hotel was incredible! We were stuck in San Bruno and was trying to get back to Mérida but were having difficulty finding a ride(taxi). I contacted the hotel and the representative there was able to arrange everything for us. We were overwhelmed and grateful how he went above and beyond for us. The service was impeccable.

Breakfast not included, but available for $7 USD. I asked what the breakfast includes and was told coffee, juice and eggs. When I asked was there toast/bread, the answer was "Sometimes."

My room seemed to have some plumbing issues, not major, just odd. The room was very plain, certainly not as pretty as those in the hotel website, though I did have a small balcony, which was nice.

Daniela which was the Front Desk agent was so very kind and tried to do all she good to make things right for us but it was completely out of her hands to make us happy but she was a complete delight.

The hotel is not true to its pictures on your website and to us was very deceptive. We both work for hotels in Boca Raton and so we know we are very particular when it comes to hotel accommodations. The hotel is off the beaten path of the main avenue and unfortunately it sits in an area that looks and feels very run down.

Not much! If I’m being very picky room was a little stuffy and hot, AC unit is a bit distracting when trying to sleep.
