Holiday Inn Merida By IHG

Very comfortable, great staff, clean. No negatives in my opinion.

Location.

Shower with a major clogging issue. Water up to our mid ankles. Bad smell.

Loved everything about our stay at the Holiday Inn Merida. The staff was so friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was incredible. We travelled with 2 little ones and they had a blast at the swimming pool. The breakfast staff were so friendly and it was just so nice to see so many smiles. Our rooms were nice and clean, we had hot water, everything worked as it should and the location is amazing.

Would have loved to have a mini fridge to put our drinks in, but other than that no complaints!

Location, clean, quiet, good breakfast and dinners.

Front desk staff were friendly

breakfast staff was not helpful. Eggs were cold. Shower was plugged up after each use.

I enjoyed the room location. The dinner was average but the outside area was lovely. The host for the breakfast was phenomenal. He was very accommodating.

The first room I was given was a king, but the view was terrible, because it overlooked a parking lot. However, when I called the front desk, the young lady was very accommodating, and I was switched to another room.

good value for money, friendly staff and very helpful!! superb location

laundry service rates were a bit high

Amazing staff, clean property, and it's so close to everything by walking.

The bed is nice and comfy. Breakfast is good and it is a buffet.

The AC makes a lot of noise. There is music in the restaurant that can be heard very loudly all over the place (even in our room). There was a dead bug in our mosquito net over the bed and looks like it has been there for a while (poor cleaning). One day the cleaning team didn’t do our room without any reason.

Super large rooms, very comfy beds. Great water pressures. Great locations. Great amenities. Super clean.

Nothing!

Room is clean.

Dead Slow Wifi/Cable not working.Bad staff. They didnt help me to extend my hotel.i have to run thru different sites/call different people to get it extended.Staff is not knowledgeabl abt the hotel bookings and extending hotel is very pain staking process,

location is very good

they said free breakfast on priceline.com but infact they charged me for breakfast.

Excellent breakfast buffet for reasonable price.

Hot water pump broke and took a day and a half to fix.

Pleasant, comfortable, immaculate, excellent quality in all aspects.

Not as near the historical centro as we might have liked.

I liked the room, location, and overall service at this Holiday Inn.

No complaints whatsoever.

close to where we wanted.

Great location - next to very expensive hotels.
