We had to change room because of the loud airco system of the mall.breakfast was so so!

Clean, cool break from busy streets. Relaxing and modern.

The location and rooms are great clean and most importantly the views on all angles where espectacular the location off the pool was also great with the fact that it was only a 4 person pool was great.

The hotel and location of the hotel are great the service was less than expected the hotel gives whats available not what one purchases for the nights there and breakfast and dinner was not included on my purchase when it should have been made available.

We were granted a late check-out at 1 PM. At 12:30 a supervisor knocked on our door telling us that we must check out. I explained we had a late check-out. He then stood outside our door with 3 other people until we left.

I enjoyed the mall. Me and my family were able to come out of our rooms and go straight to the cinema to watch a movie without leaving the building.

I didn’t like that my mom’s room didn’t had a refrigerator or a functioning iron. When she called the front desk they took hours to bring one until she had to call again and demand it.

The property definitely needs some updating. The baseboards were falling off, the shower caulking has mold, the mattress needs to be replaced. The bedding and the towels are beyond worn out.

Hotel does not own responsibility on stolen objects.

No response or support from staff when objects went missing.

No real amenities offered.Front desk man was quite unfriendly.The electricity and water was shut down and the never asked if we needed aid, this was on checkout day and the front desk man (who also checked us in, did not even ask if we enjoyed our stay)The room smells damp.No windows to open equals poor ventilation.The connecting rooms were poorly insulated so we could hear the neighbor easily.You can hear people partying at TGI Fridays on weekends until late hours, even from the top floor!

Comfy, clean and quiet room. Check in and check out quick and efficient. On top of a little mall so some restaurants and shops right underneath and in the lobby you can buy some necessities as well.

Let’s kick things off with check-in, where asking for my reservation felt like I was searching for the Holy Grail. The wait? Think Game of Thrones finale—long, painful, and totally unsatisfying.But wait, it gets better. The room wasn’t ready for prime time either: no working phone, no working safe, and the towel situation? A little light, to say the least. So, naturally, I had to take the scenic route back to the front desk to request the basics. You know, minor things like functioning amenities and a towel.Then came lunch. Tacos and a salad. Simple, right? Well, in this nearly deserted restaurant, it took an hour and a half to toss some lettuce and wrap some meat in a tortilla. Quite the achievement! Who knew such culinary artistry required a level of patience only monks and DMV employees possess?Now, dinner. Room service, 9:20 p.m. We order two pizzas—because, wild thought, we’re hungry. Twenty minutes later? “Oh, no pizza tonight. How about a club sandwich instead?” Because nothing screams "luxury" quite like settling for a sad sandwich. And when it finally arrived? Untoasted, crumbling bread and fries so cold and lifeless they could’ve been auditioning for a role in The Walking Dead.Then, the grand finale: checkout. Not only did they fumble my bill, but they actually tried to charge me for the room twice. That’s right, double the confusion, double the incompetence. And just for good measure? “Sorry, no itemized statement.”So, if you're in the mood for chaos, mismanagement, and food that makes a gas station hot dog seem like fine dining, look no further. Bon appétit, indeed!

Location was very good for my visit purpose. Nice room, clean.

Closing time of the bar at night, too early.

For me it is the best spot in Merida because of the location and security, the staff is really friendly, i always stay there
