Pool with stunning view, location, great staff

The breakfast Buffett may have been overpriced .?I only had coffee which was not excellent .many other options close by

Location was very good, also the rooftop access to the pool was very nice!

Our refrigerator did not work, but other than that, I don't have any other complaints

I loved the location of the hotel as it is in proximity of shops, restaurants etc. Getting a Taxi was very easy. Free WiFi was absolutely a plus. The room was cleaned on time and the desk folks were very helpful.

No WiFi, no response from the Lobby nor the manager, horrible view, and they did not clean the room.

All: lack of cleanliness, outdated everything, lack of WiFi.

Too many silly rules like to get an Iron, security box , all these should be available in the room for guest, , morning restaurant employees not too friendly,

It is an incredible hotel and we are very happy with our stay there.There are just some slight amenities that you're used to when traveling elsewhere: there was no ironing board nor iron, there was no coffee maker and nllacked the convenience of garbage can in the bedroom area - very minor things that were easily overcome

Skimpy on services: no washcloths, one blanket for 2 beds, didn’t bring coffee daily - had to pay xtra for it, fridge didn’t work, safe broken…

1. The location is perfect and they have a parking lot.

1. They only provide two towels in the room and charge for an additional towel even if there’s 3 people in the room. Bad business practice. 2. The staff was rude.

By far the best was the kind staff, especially Edgar.

Breakfast buffet was not very good compared to surrounding options, coffee was not good, and pool area was empty and sad - looks nothing like the lively photos in the listing.

Sheets and pillow cases dirty, human hair was on sheets and pillow cases, smell of room Staff not responsive, and bad attitude

The breakfast is amazing. The room is clean and comfortable. The balcony was amazing. The tub and bathroom are amazing. The tacos across the street are great. The rooftop pool is awesome.This is definitely a favorite ?

Some of the staff at the front door and in the restaurant were a little bit rude. The breakfast price was a little pricy for the food variety of options.

Excellent location. The shower was hot . The bellhop was very friendly

The person at check in didn't speak. I was unaware that they were talking to me until the bellhop said something. The room is very outdated. The halls are dark and look like a dark dormitory. There isn't an entrance where the cars are parked to the hotel unless you cut through the restaurant with your luggage. However, there is a sign telling you not to do that.

I would have liked to have more options at breakfast so I could get less food and pay less. I was disappointed that there was no lunch or dinner service or bar service. Also I could not get wifi in my room...very bad. My shower curtain didn't prevent water going all over the floor. Everything else was good

Great sized room and fantastic location, I wished I had booked another night here. I did not use the pool but it looked great and they have a gym also.
