Pros +
- It was centrally located in Merida Centro, which is a walkable distance to Plaza Grande and other popular destinations and restaurants.
- Centrally located to amenities and popular places. Very friendly and helpful staff and great facilities.
- It was beautiful and quiet. The restaurant on site was a nice touch.
Cons -
- Honestly, I didn't have an issue with my accomodations or the staff. I would book again if I stay in Merida.
- I think it could’ve been cleaner. The pool looked dirty and the floor in my room was really dusty. The screened window on the garden door also had a hole in it so a lot of mosquitoes got in.
- Wish they had a mosquito net.

Clean and comfortable. Good location and easy walk to everywhere in the center.
Wish they had a mosquito net.
Superb location and helpful staff!
There was a lingering smell in the room.
We had a lovely big room where the shower was outside which was a fun touch. It was very easy to keep the room cool with ceiling fan.The hotel is in a great location and we were easily able to walk to the central restaurants. The overall design of the hotel is beautiful, a real oasis of calm in a busy city.
It’s a beautiful place, good food, great staff and the decoration was amazing. 100 % recommended
Everything it was fine
Location and staff.
The room I was provided was a bit “tired”. It could use some fresh updates. Definitely not worth paying for first class lodging.
Second time at the property, many years after the first visit. Rooms are spacious and well decorated, with an outdoors shower. The hotel lobby is beautifully upkept, in Yucatec style, and the pool area is very pleasant. Very relaxed atmosphere, an oasis in the warm chaos of central Merida.
The only aspect that I would recommend improving is the variety of meal and drinks options offered at the hotel restaurant. More vegetables, less sugar. I would also recommend the hotel organizes evening music (local bolero for instance) at sunset at the bar.
Nice people, beautiful building and a sizeable room. Relaxed atmosphere. Nice indoor-outdoor-flow across the buildings/room/garden. Easy to find parking space on the nearby streets. Short walk to city centre
There’s only one breakfast option!! Eggs, toast, coffee/tea, fruit, it was ”okay” but far from great. They have other things on the breakfast menu as well however if you take anything else but the suggested breakfast set, you need to pay for the dish (even if the selected dish would be cheaper than the suggested one - seems strange).Water pressure is not great and it took some time to get hot water from shower. Slippery floors when wet
The hotel is greatly decorated and situated not on a very busy street. The rooms are spacious and have a balcony with a view to the pool and palm trees. The bed very comfortable.
The bathroom on the other hand flooded every time you took a shower. There was no mini fridge in the room and the pool boy would clean the pool/do repairs every morning at 6 a.m..
Very clean and staff was very helpful
The pool was dirty for a couple days of my stay, but was clean on the third day
The breakfast is not the way I am used to be but it's okay to try something new.
I asked the hotel to arrange the airport pick-up services. The Uber car booked through the hotel front-desk was charged me $500 pesos from the airport to hotel. On my way leaving hotel to airport, I asked the hotel booking the airport drop-off services, same as the pick-up services, I paid $100 pesos to the Uber driver according to the meter. I was bit confused about that the Uber pick-up services costed 5 times of the drop-off services for the same distance.
Location was excellent really close to city centre.Breakfast menu was variant and with lots of imagination.Staff were very kind and helpful.
Having additional toiletries to the bathroom would have been a plus.Simpler arrangements for Breakfast allowances, like one food one drink is allowed for and anything additional would be of extra charge.
Everything. Amazing property done in good taste. Quiet, heavenly, gorgeous. Great staff - so helpful, good English speakers, prompt comms, 24 hour reception. Room was lovely - we had one on the ground floor overlooking the pool with 2 sets of doors. One door was opening in a nice little garden space next to the pool - perfect for your morning coffee or some reading. Breakfast is delicious!
Can’t fault it but have a suggestion. Organize a morning coffee system - maybe add an electric kettle in the room or have an easily accessible coffee station (pods?). Staff was always helpful to offer us some coffee :)
What a beautiful hotel right in Merida city center! The facilities are incredible comfortable, even the unusual exterior shower that was a pleasant surprise! There is a near by car parking. The hotel staff is really nice and helpful! We couldn’t have chosen a better stay for our trip.
Everything was great!
The space of the room
This only suite was loudly. Very early in the morning. They have the kitchen besides the master bed. And suite…They had the blender very early. You can hear people talking. All day long. They didn’t had any bar services at night .No privacy.. at all. Not enough water for the private pool. Niether for the shower.. no pressure in water. No shower gel , no klennex.
Great location! Walking distance from city center, bars & restaurants.Nice pool, lovely rooms & great staff!Overall super recommended
Location
A/C was not working. Food and Beverage with bad service and bad quality of preparation of the food.
A quiet lovely oasis in the city. It was clean, comfortable bed and lovely pool side rooms with outdoor shower.
The rooms should be stocked with glasses for water or drinks, facecloths and a little fridge would be nice.
