Centrally located. Very Clean. Staff is amazing.

The staff is really amazing and friendly... but speak very little English.

It is a little run-down and it gets quite loud in the morning when kids are running around. The walls are also pretty thin.

Room was clean, location was in a nice area and the staff were helpful for any questions we had.

There was mold in each of our rooms on the wall near the Air conditioning units, and the beds were very firm and uncomfortable after a long day of travelling from Cancun to Merida.

night time receptionist wasn't able to replace the batteries in the A/C remote (he replaced the empty batteries with other empty batteries). The consequence was that I wasn't able to change the settings of the unit until next morning.

Lovely place with a very nice pool area and small breakfast area that served a very delicious breakfast. It was clean and quaint and close enough to the ADO Paseo 60 terminal to make it a place we will use again when arriving in Merida by bus.

It took forever for warm water to reach the room.

This hotel is stunningly beautiful and immaculately maintained. The location was perfect. The staff was friendly, caring and had the perfect combination of attention vs leaving you alone. I hope to return soon!

The accommodations are basic, but clean and comfortable.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean, two blocks from cafes, banks, etc., quiet, loved watching the parrots in the trees from my balcony, plenty of hot water for shower, decent breakfast options.

No drinking glasses or cups in the room

The staff were an absolute joy at this hotel especially Olivia who was so warm and friendly. In fact Ricki and the other staff were all good too. Very clean and quiet, although is it quite a walk to the centre but there are restaurants close by. On site parking, The breakfast was quite good.

Probably a little bit dated and a bit far from the centre if you have mobility issues, but we enjoyed our stay here.

It was very pretty and clean.

Unfortunately we did not have hot water in our room. But the staff moved us to a different room when they were able as it was a full house.

Calm cozy hotel with a vibe of being part of a little family-business. We enjoyed our stay and our little 1 year old boy was really welcome - the staff were always so happy to see him. Great location also, close to a big park with food and playgrounds.

The staff was very efficient and kind in moving us to a different room in accordance with our reservation. Initially an older and dark room was given to us and didn't correspond with the photos from Booking. Then we had a very nice stay, good location, quiet, clean, nice swimming pool.

The first room given to us was old and not very clean. There is a mismatch between Booking photos and real availability.

The staff went above and beyond in welcoming me and providing any information I needed about the hotel or the beautiful city of Merida. All the front desk managers were great... very friendly and accomodating! Martin was a very gracious host and helped me every day with my Spanish. The room was clean and cool. Muchas gracias todos! Just two blocks to Paseo de Montejo. If I return to Merida I would absolutely stay at the Hotel Holly again.

The staff were extremely kind and accommodating. They were able to provide me with a more comfortable room than the one I originally had with no fuss. The location is also within walking distance to most restaurants and bars.

Perhaps the rooms can be upgraded a bit with larger TV's.
