Not clean not friendly and they charged me more than my reservation because I paid with card

Sadly and the only thing that disappointed us was the pool. We see the staff working all the time, sweeping, mopping etc. But to us the pool is completely neglected.

Close to hospitals. Great staff, very helpful and friendly. Close to restaurants.

Hard to find anything not to like.

Excellent location just a minute away from CMA hospital. Rooms are large and pleasant with a fridge, decent wifi, good showers with ample hot water. We booked at very short notice and we're greeted very pleasantly by the Spanish speaking staff. There is a small cafe at the hospital, a few pharmacies very close and a very good roadside pastry seller that you should try. Walmart is about five minutes walk away, as well as Pasedo de Montejo. We stay here when we are getting treatment at CMA.

No decent restaurant within walking distance that we've ever found. Tv only seems to have Spanish programmes. Beds are a bit hard. In common with many Merida hotels, there is no window with a view to the outside.

Very polite staff, parking area seemed secure.

The beds were not the greatest. They did the job, but it was a little hard to sleep.

Internet did not work, they say they have internet but is false.Also they do not allow to drink a beer or anything at the hotel. Also the personal are awful

It was great. The playgrand was amazing for my little one.

We couldn't find a restaurant near. , and in the hotel's Coffee Shop was closed.

It was ok for a 2 day stay.Parking spot

No possibility to sit outsideDirty old swimming pool. We didn't want to swim in it.

The shower was leaking ,To much noise room at 2:00 am from the room upstairs

The only thing I like about the hotel was its proximity to Paseo Montejo.

I was given a price through Bookings.com and the hotel was charging me more. It might be a problem with Bookings, but since I already made the reservation, the hotel should have honored the price I had. they didn't, so I had to make another reservation elsewhere.

Proximity to Hospital

Mosquitos everywhere on our last 2 nights woke up with bites all over my left legs. We requested to be moved to different room. This is a hotel they should also implement quiet time to all the guests, a big group was partying until 1 am.

location is very good and the staff are lovely

bed had bed bugs so had to move rooms. second bed the mattress was so old it was like sleeping on an underfilled water bed with offcuts of wood inside it. almost impossible to sleep. the place is very run down. the pool has been empty for a long time.

It is definitely an older building; it seemed clean, but everything was just old... I'm only 5'10" and the shower was toching my head

Nice staff, fridge in the room, hot water (most of the time) and good water pressure in the shower, perfect location, comfy beds, spacious room.

The fridge in our room was very loud, sometimes there was no hot water.

It waa very clean and the guy in reception very friendly and helpful

Friendly staff, close proximity to food, shopping, and the hustle and bustle that is needed in Merida.

My Spanish isn’t perfect and it’s always helpful when there’s just one person that can help you along in your preferred language, I find it so convenient and highly valued. However I did manage all that was needed in Spanish.
