Friendly staff and great location

Low water pressure, took a long time for hot water, no mini fridge, door locks need modernization, noise from oub next door very late into the night

This is my favorite hotel in Valladolid. The staff is wonderful, the rooms are comfortable with a great bed and mattress, parking is convenient and available, and the prices are usually quite very good.

The bar next door can have music playing until a bit late into the evening. They turn it down and end at a reasonable hour, but if you’re a light and early sleeper it might not be a great fit for you.

Location was good. Very near the center of town. Right next door to two restaurants.

Air conditioner was the coldest during the night and not during the day. Also, when I arrived the front desk charged me so I had to use my credit card even though I had already paid when I booked. I’m still investigating if there was an extra charge.

The hotel is very good located in a good economy price, very clean

The water to shower is not a properly hot, but is like ok because there is hot. Next to the hotel is a bar, is noisy at night. They stop to play music like midnight which is not to had. In general for the price is a good choice Simple and clean

location was great, was able to walk everywhere in a short distance. close to the markets, town center and restaurants. the rooms were clean and it was not loud at night.

would of been great if there was a coffee maker in the room or a little fridge for leftovers and to keep water cold. but not a requirement

Very centrally located.

There is an outdoor nightclub that shares a wall with the hotel courtyard. Music plays very loudly until 3:30am. This should be disclosed before booking.

The location is perfect. Comfortable bed and room. Very clean.

During the evening it was very loud. I think the music was coming from the bar next to the hotel. If you want to sleep early, that is hard to have a good rest.

Good location and employees attitude.

Rooms furniture and beds very old and uncomfortable. Bathroom very dated.

The room was cleaned daily. The beds were comfy. The location is extraordinary.

The neighbouring bar has extremely loud music from about 10pm until 3am. This happened on Thu, Fri and Sat. The reception staff does their job, but is not very friendly. Moreover, one day the hot water pump did not work (which is OK, it can happen) - but the guests were not informed about it! So nobody could shower with hot water for hald a day.

Good value for money. In the center city, the rooms have everything you need. Working WiFi.

However the hotel is right next to the bar which closes late (~3am) and the music is quite loud. So if you have light sleep bring ear plugs.

The parking was full by the arrival, so we had to look for a parking lot. Book your parking in advance. There is a lot of loud music from the nearby bar, at one night the music didn't stop till 2 a.m.

There is a bar next door so can be loud music. Really loud when they began but got less once tuned up. Also the lighting in the room is very bright but a bandana over the wall fixture solved that
