Location

The bed was clean but can?t say the same for the rest of the room. The shower had soap scum everywhere. My spouse did not shower because of that. This is not a 3 star hotel; maybe 2 star at the most.

It's close to the center area.

The TV is very old, the personnel at counter did not attend on time

The reasonably priced restaurant within the hotel.

The hotel doesn¿t furnish any hand towels or facial tissues. There was no bath mat provided to prevent slipping on wet tile floors. One of the elevators was unreliable to operate. Parking was in an unprotected area that provided no shade for the intense

Stayed on the first floor without the need to use any of the broken elevators.

Great value.

Quite dated rooms. Especially bathroom. Lots of stains on walls. No hand towel or bathroom floor mat Beds were comfortable. Completely fine for short stay.

huge rooms, excellent location, pleasant staff, strong A/C, swimming pool, I have stayed here couple of times and would stay here again

no reading lamp next to bed, room 415, no fridge, not even a minifridge, no hot water in the afternoon -only in the morning and after 19:00

Location in Centro was great. View of pool and garden and the city was great.

Bath towels had huge torn holes, there were no typical drinking glasses (or plastic even). There was no "Do not disturb" hanger and was never delivered even after requesting. Beds were tilted and air conditioner made a horrible racket periodically. The outside corridor leading to the elevator was unlighted. There was no hair dryer and my wife was required to leave a passport or driver's license at the front desk after she went to the front desk to get one. The breakfast (which raised the room rate) was poorly served and tasteless. Two free initial bottles of water were present upon checkin, but cost 12 pesos each for each additional day! As we checked out, we were asked to bring the TV remote to the front desk though no mention had been that this was necessary.

the room picture is fraud and the bed is too small for 2 adults. the staff is really rude and not willing to help

Good parking space and close to downtown. The neighbourhood is nice with plenty of eating places.

It advertises as a 4-star hotel but this anything but. Everything is old including bed sheets which have holes. While the accommodation is passable, the hotel advertises fast internet in each room which isn’t true. When asked the staff didn’t make any effort to help.

There were so many things: Air-conditioning was loud. TV had bad signal in all the channels. Free breakfast was awful, toast bread was made in advance, so it was cold and hard. I asked receptionist to call a taxi for the next day. And apparently, he left the note for the morning receptionist but the taxi was never called. So, we almost lost our bus to the next destination.
