- Loved the Hotel, very nice and clean. Staff was amazing and customer service was excellent. Hotel was conveniently located ans my wife and I were able to walk to many locations. The room Was clean, loved the snacks provided. Staff was very attentive to our needs.
- Breakfast was cold not very good, 0nly ate there once. Public areas were nice.
- The pictures don’t to justice to this hotel. I was pretty amazed by the architecture and decoration. When you first enter the hotel you are received by a gorgeous tree. Then they show you the room and it was not only very beautiful, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Our room was upstairs so we had a jacuzzi, I understand other rooms have a private pool (we will try those next time we come back).Locationwise, the hotel is one block away from a street full of restaurants and 2 blocks away from paseo de montejo which it’s an iconic street. As for amenities, we had breakfast in the restaurant which was very good (be sure to get the almond croissant), at night we had some cocktails at the bar which were also very very good.Overall, From start to finish it was a great stay.

- Everything was great. If i had to mention something it was The pool service could have been quicker. We did have to wait a little long but the food and drinks was excellent.
- First of all, the main reason I reserved the MASTER SUITE is because of the Large Bath Tub and the Plunge Pool. There was NO soaking Tub so I am extremely unhappy about that since I rented the most expensive suite to enjoy the tub. Secondly, there is no heater for the Plunge Pool. I tried to get in it each of the 3 days but the water temperature was such that it was way too cold, so I could not enjoy the Plunge Pool at all. The TV selection was horrible -- Only mexican programming, not one news channel or any english speaking channels from USA. Bed was extremely hard and my back has been sore every day. I should've rented a normal room. The other horrible thing is there is NO PARKING. Had to unload go to a garage which is not part of the hotel and walk 10 minutes back to the hotel, no convenient at ALL!!!

I'm not a breakfast person, though the restaurant was open in the mornings for those that are inclined.
It was beautiful and the staff was very nice. Also in a perfect locations. Very walkable
