Hotel Zamna Boutique

air conditioning and cleanliness

location is a bit far from central area

Comfortable and clean setting with a wonderful staff and great breakfast.

Clean nice pool and breakfast included.

Nada.

Clean and a wonderful staff at the desk and in the kitchen for breakfast

Quaint hotel near the city center. Staff, breakfast and pool suited us.

It’s not a dislike. More of a heads up. Shower has low water pressure. Parking is a challenge during the week and there are some tiles by the pool that are super slippery.

Brilliant very attentive staff, delicious breakfast, lovely courtyard, nice pool for morning swim incl towels provided, great location

Our room was in the corridor between breakfast area and pool and sometimes we got woken up a little early due to traffic passing through or light right outside the window. I’m sure that won’t happen in other rooms.

Excellent breakfast, lovely pool, spacious room, good air conditioning

Nothing not to like.

I really enjoyed this place. Very quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was delicious, made by a wonderful woman from Puebla. Also, I loved that the self-serve coffee and beverage bar is available 24x7 (breakfast starts at 8, but I am always ready for coffee before that!).

There aren't any bars/restaurants in the immediate area, but a 10 minute walk gets you there!

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Very good facilities, including nice pool and kitchen with coffee/tea available 24/7.

unique atmosphere , staff was really nice and friendly, it was clean they have water and different coffee makers available at any time. I did not get to try the breakfast as we left everyday very early but it always smelled delicious

there was a possum one night and we would always forget to put the towels on the floor so they could switch them out but they don't automatically do that

The location is good. Breakfast is ok. The pool is nice.

Its a bit run down, very small and dark rooms. Not worth the money.

Staff was well trained and super helpful. They answered lots of questions from us with a smile. Breakfast was fresh; tasty and convenient.

A few things in our room needed repairs while we were there. The repairs were done within a day. That part is a positive.

Everything was so good. The staff were exceptional! The place was fab - they’d thought of everything, even leaving insect repellent around the place when it was needed!

Literally nothing to change! We partied with the owners on NYE and left feeling like family

Clean, exceptionally friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Highly recommended!

The customer service was exceptional. Gentlemen in reception was extremely helpful and nice.

The only thing I did not like was that the toilet cover didn’t stay firm it kept falling so it was uncomfortable when u get up from toilet.

The personnel is amazing. The rooms are spacious and the hotel overall is charming. It's very clean and breakfast is amazing with a variety of cut fruits and dishes.

There is actually no parking, you park on the street. The water in our shower was either boiling or too cold, it was difficult to find a middle point.

Location, staff, breakfast, facilities

I liked everything

The pool is lovely, big enough to actually swim in and very clean. Breakfast is exceptional: so much to choose from, and a local specialty every day. And a super-friendly staff, always ready with a smile and a helping hand. We also liked that the hotel was close to the Centro but out of the heavy tourist area; it felt like a more authentic Merida neighborhood.

Although we personally never felt insecure, some might find the walk from the Centro at night a tad intimidating. The streets were deserted and the sidewalks not in great condition. If you are not comfortable walking, taxis and Ubers are plentiful and not expensive.

We loved so many things about Zamná Boutique! From the delicious and varied breakfast to the extremely friendly and helpful staff (all of them) to the tiered pool - our entire family had an excellent time.

The bathrooms had some issues over the week we were there, but the Zamná Boutique staff quickly fixed the problem and we were able to immediately go back to enjoying our stay.

Great area, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, quiet, comfortable
