Had free WiFi but it didn’t reach my room, next time I’ll ask for a room within its reach . I could get wI fi in hall or lounge areas so it was ok.
We had the most relaxing and enjoyable stay. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. My mother has limited mobility and because they were servicing the elevator at the time we arrived. Staff offered a wheelchair and to carry her up to the first floor. Offered places to eat and visit. Would definitely come back to stay.
The only problem we had was the a/c unit was a little loud but other than that everything was perfect!
Convenient location in Santiago area, easy for uber transport, will use again in Dec. 2021.
