I had the most amazing time at this gem of a hotel! ? From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like family. Andrea, Liz, Edgar, and Sam - you are all absolutely awesome and went above and beyond to make my stay perfect! ?The food was absolutely delicious - every meal was a treat! ?️✨ But what really stole my heart were those magical moments in the hammock on the rooftop and by the pool, watching the most breathtaking sunsets. Pure paradise! ??‍♀️I absolutely loved every second of my stay here and I'm already planning my return trip! This place has that special something that makes you never want to leave.Thank you to the entire team for creating such wonderful memories! ?

Uncomfortable bed and noisy doors. You could hear the bang of the doors of all the rooms

Nice room, lovely decoration and amazing staff.

Unfortunately the location of the hotel was a bit far out from the main city. We would have preferred to be closer, to avoid a 30 minute walk each time we wanted to go out, but that’s on us as it was our decision to book.Also, unfortunately there was a problem with the windows in our room. Due to the rainfall, rain got into our room and damaged my partner’s bag and laptop which was on the floor. We also weren’t able to use the rooftop bar as it appeared shut every time we checked. We think this was because of the rain during our stay.

Cool hotel, beautiful roof terrace and comfy beds. Also friendly staff. We stayed here while travelling to a wedding near Merida. We had a good stay at Sureño. location is Ok, walking distance to several breakfast/lunch places. only short Uber drive to gastronomy road or city centre

Rooftop pool was gorgeous, our room was comfortable and clean, the restaurant has great food and the staff were so friendly and helpful.

We loved everything but you will need to Uber to most places which is not a problem, just wanted to flag it!

Every sound in the building echoed through to the room. The walkway to the pool was wooden slats which weren't fixed down properly. Everytime someone walked along this, it echoed through to our room.

The room could use direct light and perhaps a few more square meters but the smiling faces and extra details by far make up for all that.

Food and service were the highlights of this property. Hotel is beautifully designed and decorated, everything is so clean and smells so nice, food is just unforgettable and honestly the best we had in entire Mexico. Staff is true 5-star, very caring, professional and friendly. Special thanks to Efrain and Atir for going above and beyond and making our stay truly memorable! This place deserves to be in top 5 hotels in Mexico and we dare to say that Ritz and Four Seasons will have something to learn from them too.
