The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic. Great location steps from everything.

We like a slightly softer mattress but nothing else.

The room was great with a large bedroom and separate tv room and very large bathroom. The space was very quiet with a ceiling fan and a/c. The king size bed was very comfortable with a large tv wall mounted directly in front. The best thing though was the staff, the were all so helpful, warm and amazing. The owner was always asking us if we were happy and comfortable. I really have never experienced such a genuine level of service in any hotel. You can see why they get such rave reviews.

The breakfast is good but the location is excellent. Overall the hotel was very clean, and the staff were very friendly and professional.

We stayed for three nights and they never changed the towels.

A little noisy at night, especially Thursday-Saturday, because of music from surrounding restaurants and barsIt was incredibly humid during my stay...be prepared for that!

Breakfast was well served and delicious each morning, including a choice of a lighter breakfast (fruit and granola) or a full breakfast (eggs, etc).

Towels were ample, but no wash cloths were provided.

This hotel is superb! Our room was big, bright, and clean. The staff are super friendly and helpful. It has a beautiful garden and a lovely pool. The hotel is located in a beautiful street in Merida old town. We'll definitely choose this hotel again if we go to Merida once more.

There's no elevator but the staff will help carry on your luggage to upper floors.

TV did not work. Strange smell sometimes. Bar did not have many drinks at all.

It was perfect! The staff was very attentive to every detail. I will always look to stay there when I’m in Mérida. The decor and rooms were special with great character. Location is as perfect as you can get. Breakfast was served and impressive every day. The pool was always clean and nice shade cover over top. When we had a downpour of rain they went above and beyond taking care of us so we were completely comfortable. Great memories made and friends forever. Don’t hesitate to book here, you will not be let down.

Best thing very important parking. It right next to hotel Remember even blocked street, just ask the police your parking next to your hotel , they will let you in. ?

Beautiful unique with attention to details - great location and a little escape from the street

Bar next door was quite loud in evening and depending on where room is quite disturbing

Hotel was amazing, location, relaxing, Air conditioned, fans, amazing amenities. Highly recommend.

Only thing is street parking, thats only if you are visiting with a vehicle.
