Great location within walking distance to major attractions in El Centro. Very helpful front desk with 24-hour attention. Great housekeeping. The room was comfortable and cleaned daily. Bathroom appeared to be new. Highly recommend.

Theres no way this Hotel is 4 stars, the bathroom is 3 feet by 3.No amenities , no wifi, no elevators, the TV very poor, the staff did their best but very rude, no traineen.

No assistance with your luggage. Had to carry my luggage to the second floor up the stairs.

Staff and pool are nice. Good location.

AC did not work well. Room was not as nice/clean as it should have been for the money.

The staff was outstanding--friendly and helpful with my many questions. The hotel itself is charming and lovely. It's situated in a great place in relation to downtown shops and amenities.

Staff services were excellent - efficient and professional; location was within walking distance to historical district; onsite restaurant had tasty, reasonably priced food.

No elevator but staff assisted carrying luggage.

Good for the price. Room was adequate, ventilation difficult - either aircon and freeze or open window and hear internal noise. Seemed not as good as previous visits. Functional.

If receptionists could smile.

Location to center

The Shower. The shower was blocked and water didn't flow freely. Although it looked clean, it didn't feel clean. the mirrors where not clean, and supplies (not a full roll of toilet paper and no back up, kleenex box 3/4 empty and what was there was just shoved back in. We had stayed here before and it was cleaner and felt cleaner

We loved the staff - fantastic, friendly and professional. The pool area was quiet and peaceful!

The cleaners trolleys make a lot of noise in the mornings.

We had a really clean and spacious room with big, comfortable beds. The staff was friendly, we asked for an iron and they had it available. The hotel looks nice, the toiletries are good quality and the location is very central.

The curtains don't block all the light, so at night it may not be dark enough for many people. Our window overlooked the corridor, and sometimes there was quite a lot of noise coming in.

Asked for early check in but not available. Had to upgrade to get the early check in

Location and staff

Only two usable electrical outlets: one in bathroom and one between beds. One outlet between beds was used by CPAP machine which left only one to recharge cell phones. Not much available on the television. Bed was too firm.

The location. It was a few blocks away from the main square so it was quiet from the activity in the square. The room was nice, loved the hot shower, comfortable beds and towel creations each day from housekeeping.

It doesn't come with a fridge or soda machine.

Was a very good value. Good location and friendly staff. We have stayed at 4 star hotels here in Merida however the staff was over the top here,from opening doors, help with luggage and help with room maintance. We will be back! We had a villa by the pool and it was lovely. We loved how you could open up the doors to the Main Street.

Pool closes way too early. After a 7pm dinner and walk around town it was disappointing to not be able to cool off in the pool that closed at 9pm. A 10pm or 11pm closure would suit your guests much better.

There were enough towels.

It took staff a half hour to find my reservation. I got five mosquito bites in the first 15 minutes in the room. WiFi didn’t connect. Cellular signal is weak at this location. I couldn’t get data. (Not staff’s fault, but it is bad.) AC is loud and rattling. No hot water, only warm. Staff has long conversations on loud walkie-talkies early in the morning.
