Everything was clean and simple, and the hotel staff were friendly.

A patch of dark mold was regrowing in the bathroom from the last cleaning. There is a big sign that said something like: Caution, cancer and reproductive harm risk in the building, yikes! I got charged an extra $100 deposit with little explanation.

The pool was nice and the proximity to the airport was great for us.

There were a lot of bugs (gnats) in our room. The hotel staff came in with a bug zapper to help clear them out, and there were still bugs. The security guard kept us up zapping bugs outside all night. Barely slept.

The water smells terrible. Could not and would not take a shower or anything else. Bathroom smelled, had to open bathroom window to ventilate.

Only had two towels for two people and no wash cloth for a shower.

It is a beautiful spacious hotel property, nice restaurant, clean rooms, excellent water pressure.

My room was filled with mosquitoes, they kept bothering me till 1am. Could not kill everyone of them, they kept coming.

Totally excellent experience all around. Best value for the money. Highly recommend the Hacienda Inn and will return next time I am in Merida.

A waitress in the restaurant was rude and difficult. The rest of the staff was outstanding.

Convenient location, nice pool and restaurant.

The ceiling above the bathroom shower appeared to be molding.

Clean pool and lounge chairs with beach towels offered. Coffee pot in the room. Food was great, breakfast lunch and dinner. Convenient to airport the next day, the front desk will call them for you. OXXO close by for anything extra.

The taxi charges 150 pesos for a mile away. Not the hotels fault.

The pool was nice, it was clean, it has a restaurant, the room had hair dryer, good air conditioning and basic facilities.

The toilet was clogged most of the time, we couldn’t use it so we had to go to the restaurant’s one

Landscape was beautiful. Private grounds. Felt very safe.

I was only there for the night, so I wasn't able to enjoy any of the amenities. The pool did look very clean and so did restaurant. My room was clean and comfortable. The staff was wonderful.

The rooms are very old but comfortable. This has nothing to do with the hotel or staff but I wanted to mention it, the cab/taxi that took us to the airport was dishonest that charged me more than I should have been charged or been told and then he tried to charge me in dollars like I didn't know wat he was trying to do....rob me.

I got bitched at for vaping by.the pool. I stayed at their property in Uxmal and it was no big deal.

The pool was amazing but always had bees and other flying insects around. There's a bar in the pool for drinks. This location was very close to the airport.

Room had various crawling and flying insects. Sheets weren't cleaned or changed as I found hairs in the bedding. Hot breakfast items were cold.

I arrived very late in Merida. This hotel is very near the airport and was easy to reach with an Uber. I also liked the pool area, although I did not use it. Everything was spotless.

I didn't like that there was no ATM on the property.

I’ve stayed here several times but never been in a room close to the road before. It was noisy

We booked this hotel because we had a very early flight the next morning and we ended up having a perfect last day in Merida. The pool area was amazing and the rooms were also adequate.the hotel offers everything you need. The drive to the airport was 5 minutes and we had no problems finding an Uber.

During the day everyone had to be kind of quiet at the pool area. That changed once the sun went down and a lot of young people used the pool to party. It was so loud, there was jumping in the pool, screaming and everything. We were traveling with kids and had to complain at the reception desk. Sadly, none of the three people working there cared or did anything and we were just told it would stop at 10 pm when the pool was closed. I would not book again if I had an early flight or was traveling with young kids who needed to sleep before 10 pm. The food in the restaurant wasn’t bad, but it was mostly cold. You’re not allowed to drink your own beverages anywhere on the premises except your room, which I understand since they have a good bar, but you should at least be able to bring your own water in the heat of Merida.

My room was filled with mosquitos when I first walked in, and when they sprayed the room it was a n industrial bug killer and made the room smell, but never did it kill the mosquitos, I got ate up all night

The premium rooms are good and the overall ambiance is very nice. Good to relax around the pool and enjoy a drink.

The restaurant food is not good. Advertised local food is not cooked in the Yucatan style and very tasteless and subpar. Consider the option of not including the breakfast in your payment, there is the Italian coffee shop right next door for breakfast.
