Yes, I feel they were constantly trying to get more money from me. I booked a double room.Upon arrival I was told it was a single and had to pay additional. When I searched for "pets welcome,no additional charge", they tried charge$15anight more.NO WiFi

Basic gym but pretty nice.

The toilet was problematic, not flushing properly (super slow). There was no hairdryer in the room, luckily we had one with us. People working there barely speak english.The breakfast situation was pretty bad, few choices for the food and the service is incredibly slow, it took us more than 40 minutes to get food and coffee.There is no airflow in the room at all, you need the AC on at all times, but there is no way to avoid getting the air blowing directly on you while in bed.

Noise level was not sound proof, ask for bottle water to be left in the room after they cleaned and they did not, asking multiple time they would not leave bottle water.

Worst accommodation ever - unsafe and unpleasant stay with mold, sewage smell, unbearable noise

This accommodation was far below even the most basic health and safety standards. The room was excessively humid, with visible mold everywhere, including on the walls and around the bathroom. Metal fixtures were severely corroded, and the entire place smelled strongly of sewage, making it genuinely uncomfortable — and frankly unsafe — to stay in. We genuinely felt at risk of developing health issues due to the conditions.The noise situation was unbearable. The walls were so thin that I could hear everything happening in the rooms next to mine, including loud sexual activity throughout the night. On top of that, groups of people were screaming and partying, making the place feel more like a rundown roadside motel than a proper accommodation.

Well located, breakfast included. Cleaning of the room was really nice. Personnel is really kind in all areas.

Cleaning of pool, floors, common areas was noticeably deficient. No mini fridge at the room in a so hot environment as Merida. No glasses at the room for taking water or no liquid at all. I asked for them at reception and not available. No hair dryer at the room. No ironing facility at the room. The management of the place isn’t the better. Breakfast options quite limited.

I loved that there was a gym, however small it was. I got two workouts in during the week I stayed at Youssef's. I also enjoyed the pool and the room service. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Walmart nearby is also a plus.

I didn't like that there wasn't an elevator. Luckily, a nice worker carried my suitcase up the flight of stairs to my room.

Rooms are small , but worth the price for solo travel

Great location, very friendly staff. We had booked breakfast included and it was from 7am to noon. enough time to still catch breakfast even if you didnt wake up on time.

The bathroom of the room we were in, was a bit tight. but clean. Also, be mindful of stairs. there is no elevator, it's good for the heart. but if you have any knee issue, request a room on the first floor. the pool wasnt clean.

It was ok if you are staying for 1 or 2 nights. The rooms are very tiny, you could verily open the bathroom door because there was a desk in the way. Clean decent room.

Very tiny rooms. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Water temperature kept on switching on its own from cot to cold.

The property is tucked away off the main road making it a nice stay next to a lot of activities but still quiet enough.

The staff was very accommodating and they changed our rooms after we had a small problem. Everyone working there was great! Breakfast was good! Location was awesome! The suite is worth it.

Super old and dirty hotel. Nothing worked.(e.g. trademills in the gym, tv at my room, clogged shower). Very outdated building and installations. Not worth the 50 euro per night price

I liked the appearance of the hotel and the newness and cleanliness.

What I did not like about the property was that it was not friendly towards its customers. We were given a stained towel, and then blamed for dirtying it. That was in room 109 I think. In room 209, there was an issue with not enough toilet paper for my child. He had to use a towel. Each room should have two rolls of toilet paper so that towels are not used for cleaning oneself.

Great value and location with daily room cleaning and attendance

Patrons are not told to keep noise levels down, continual loud communication in between groups and different guests. Hard to sleep in such noise disturbances.
