Hotel Santa Lucia

The hotel was not what I like No Ice machine No safe in the room No hair dryer,no cups to wash your mouth In the morning No Tissue box at all

Was not very happy in this hotel, don¿t think I will stay there again The staff was friendly

clean, comfortable rooms very well situated. Staff at the reception very friendly, polite and helpful.

The 'deodorant' (ambiance spray) or similar is very strong. It smelled like cinnamon and made my cough, I had to open the window and put the fan on to ventilate. PLEASE do not use as some people can be allergic to this chemicals.

The location is just perfect, right in the historic center, close to everything. The staff is amazing, very helpful and nice. The beautiful colonial era historic building, original owner was Don Manuel Vega Dávila, who was the governor of the province of Yucatán(1859)

Our room was pretty small but very clean

Very well located, even though the parking lot is outside the hotel it’s very convenient. A lot of shops and events around. The staff is nice and helpful.

The facilities weren't good at all. The bathroom had sewerage smell and stank horribly the whole time. There is no ventilation in the bathroom. No services from when you enter to the time you leave. This hotel has floors so you will have to Carry your own luggages as there is no staff to do that or lifts. The rooms are too tiny but the prices are justified for the space. The staff is okay but dont expect to be at your service. There are many better options in this price in merida.

Excellent location near the centre of the city. Room was clean and reception staff very helpful.

Room was not great, bed was not very comfortable, not hot water to shower in the evening, some electrical outlets would not hold a plug, so I couldn’t charge all my devices. The breakfast provided by a nearby hotel was not very good, and service there was as slow

Parking was weird....Could only use My car between 8am to 8pm.The lot was a short 5 minutes away..and the Internet was S-L-O-W..... could watch a YouTube video without buffering.....

Very good value for money. Quiet hotel in spite of a busy street. It's very clean, and the pool is good to refresh. Very great location too and hot water in shower.I would come back again in this hotel in Merida.

The triple room was a bit small for 3 beds, I would book a double bed room next time so that it would be bigger in size

hotel is on central tourist area. staff is friendly and help full. hotel is cozy and basic. is walking distance to main square.

Sometimes you can get some advise from the staff in any hotel, but there no, but this is kind of general thing in Merida

Extremely convenient location, very good price. The hotel was cute and the pool was nice. Shampoo, conditioner, and soaps were provided. AC was cold and fast-cooling. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and I felt safe staying here.

A mini fridge and better/softer lighting would have improved the experience. Also recommended a new shower head because ours had mineral buildup which made it spray everywhere.

The location was very good and the staff was really helpfull and nice.

Room was ok for the price paid, but the only window in the room led to the interior corridor, so in a way we could say that room had no windows as you had to keep it closed in order not to be seen by the other guests

They spray some terrible deodorizer on the room andit’s unhealthy and a terrible odor. I could not stay in the room for very long.

The first room the offered had a very bad smell and they did change us without any trouble so I do appreciate that.

Location is very inconvinient the police kept yelling at us while we were unpacking our car.

The blankets were the wrong size and led to comfort difficulties. Blankets were too small and there wasn't a way to make them comfortable. The taps were also dripping all the time.
