AC worked well

The rooms had an odor. No hot water in the shower in the morning. No cold water in the shower at night. When we checked in we were told breakfast was complimentary. When we checked out the said they made a mistake and charged us for them.

The receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly

The hotel was lovely. Staff was friendly. Location was walkable to many things. We were also able to enjoy the pool and facilities at Piedra de Agua which was a very beautiful hotel. The service there was as if we were staying at the hotel.

We had an issue with the toilet which they resolved, so it wasn’t much of a problem. Just a slight inconvenience at the moment.

Comfortable, clean and good location. Friendly staff. Recommend for quick in and out business trips more than anything.

The hotel advertises a pool but it was at a partner hotel a few blocks down the road. Central location but a bit isolated.

The staff was great, from the first step into the hotel all the way to the last day. Anaiz was especially attentive and supportive, she made our stay even better.

The internet tends to break, lacking speed. The coffee makers in the room are useless, with no water is bard to make them.

Clean, modern, located in the center of Merida. Personnel is quite friendly.

Breakfast is good but there is not much besides eggs and fruit. There is no elevator to the upper floor which can be a bummer for some people

The location is great, as you are within walking distance from all sightseeing attractions downtown, bars and restaurants.Modern sleek hotel with friendly staff. We had a rental car and there is plenty of free street parking around, which is not the case if you are one street lower (closer to central downtown), as no parking anywhere is allowed.

For a hotel of this category, a mini fridge would have been great, as you could have at least kept your beverages cold!Would have preferred a large bed, rather than 2 “smaller” ones.Big window facing a high wall, so no view.Latent smell of dampness on the 1st floor, typical in many houses of the area.

Very accommodating. Staff went above and beyond to make our daughter’s birthday enjoyable. Highly recommend this place. Really good location to reach different neighbourhoods. Great value.

Water temperature in the shower was a little inconsistent.

Absolutely DISGUSTING!!1. The floor was dirty like street ground. We spilled some water and cleaned it with a white towel. The towel was dirty afterwards you can not imagine!2. It was so moist and humid in that room, I think they never air the room!3. We had on our bodies a lot of bites after that one night. These bites were stitchy and there were always 3 bites near together. At first we thought it was mosquito bites but a doctor told us afterwards that these bites come from bedbugs!!I would never ever recommend this accommodation to anyone!!!

The hotel is well located in Merida, we could easily walk everywhere. The hotel is good value for money, and the staff are all really wonderful! Whenever we had any questions or needed any assistance the staff at reception were always ready to help, including Samuel! A massive thanks for a wonderful stay in Merida. This was part of a Travel Guru Life Expedition

I spotted cockroaches in the room when we arrived and also in the reception area. Yikes!

Lovely boutique hotel with a great location. The personnel was extremely attentive and helpful. The look is very modern and slick, great experience!

The staff is wonderful

there is a continuing water pump noise that disturb sleeping .breakfast is not to write about : (no buffet) . fruits coffee toast marmalade.room isolation - very poor no amenities except poor connected computers at reception area . the total look of rooms are fairly nice but you need to shut water drainage outflow of shower otherwise you will get insects visitors. except of the very nice and helpful service people of this " hotel" , I would rank it to the lowest degree .rooms are very expensive for what you get. very disappointed !!!

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is very clean and stylish. Room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the shower and bathroom products were great.
