Extended Suites Merida Siglo XXI

Large room, comfortable beds, good air conditioning, excellent microwave, hot water

No luggage rack, had to rent plates and cups.

It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was also located very closely to a wonderful supermarket.

Lacked amenities normally found in an extended suite - coffee maker, blow dryer, plates, cups, silverware. It has a stove - but nothing to use it with. I also do not believe this is a good location for a tourist, which I was. Few things close by.

Air conditioner noisy but that¿s fairly typical with wall units and the exhaust fan comes on automatically with the light switch which is annoying but overall this is a good place

Location was OK. No restaurant on site. Thank goodness for great AC and refrigerator.

Bottle of water came at a cash charge. No safe to store valuables or legal papers.Had to ask for new towels almost every day. Had to ask for toilet paper three of the seven days of stay. Room was not swept as we had a strip of tape on the bathroom floor that was there from day one thru our stay. Also a two inch piece of paper in a viewable corner that was never picked up. We stayed here 7 of 9 days with two other days (in between) at a different hotel 100 miles away. That hotel did give us complimentary bottles of water each day; had a safe, and breakfast buffet. We know the price is included in the stay but the hotel was nicer, cleaner, and cost almost 50% less per day at the last moment of booking.

Location. Very close to shopping center and grocery stores.

The tv was hard to operate. I spent at least 30-45 trying to get any channel to play and finally just gave up. Walls are very thin. I could clearly hear other guests.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Noisy air conditioning unit in my room. But it did keep the room very comfortably cool.

While listed as a suite (with small kitchen) there was not a single utensil or anything with which to cook or eat.

Fast check out, supermarket 2 mins walking, very quite, working TV, good spacious bathroom, hot water, clean room.

No cups, cutlery or crockery. Even though each room offers a small kitchenette. We had to go and buy disposable stuff in the supermarket (two mins walking)

Location, comfy beds, rooms are big enough.

AC and Fridge are noisy, if you are sensitive to noise, Avoid.In booking reservation, late checkout is included(is not specified the time limit is anyways)At the hotel, the checkout time was the same for all guests, and I have requested to use my late checkout, they told me they don't have that service.

There is no even water to drink in the room. Everything very basic. The towels old and rough

Front Desk Staff Friendly, Security Guard very helpful and nice, Extra Pillows, Great Bed, TV offerings, Dark out curtains

1) My wife and I have stayed there at least 10-12 times and very satisfied every time.HOWEVER, we always get asked if we have stayed here before?? It would be very nice if they actually could see under my name they we are regular guests here at this property! It would be more personable IF they treated me like I have been there before and am a regular customer.2) We do NOT like the recent policy of having to PAY for a 2nd Key Card!!!! Not good.

The rooms were very nice and the hotel was right across the street from the venue I was attending which was a huge plus. There was a big supermarket right behind the hotel literally walked around the back of the hotel to do some quick shopping before we left. Didn't have much interactions with the staff but they were helpful. The elevator was giving some trouble at the time was no big really. It had a huge fridge which was really nice.

Just an observation, this hotel had no bottled water as some of the other hotels do.

ok to sleep, nothing facy theres cheaper hotels in the area that are much better value
