the bathroom is too small, I felt the room was too simple. and the breakfast was too simple too.

I definitely like the cleanliness. They had breakfast, and the pool was very clean.

Getting a bite to eat late at night was very difficult. Not many restaurants were open.

Location probably ok.

The breakfast is just corn flakes, milk, coffee and tea, bread and butter. If you need anything else (like in the photo) you have to pay for it. The food is not nice generally.

Helpful staff. Quiet. Attractive.

No blankets or extra pillows or coffee maker. Only 2 towels.

Rooms spacious and very clean.

It’s a long walk to the bus terminal.

Location is on the edge of town not walking distance to anything, on checking in staff stated cash only. TV didn't work, dogs barking all night long, no blanket so was freezing during the night. Breakfast was disappointing.

We cared for; good location.

The refrigerator was old. It’s didn’t have its own coffee pot in the room, no phone in the rooms for emergency communication with front desk. Television system outdated.

The pool was terribly small, the point is not the the size but the pictures! It looks like very big in the pictures, so there is manipulation! Although it’s been written that there is Continental breakfast no egg, no cheese, just jam and margarine.

Spacious clean room ideally located to visit many of the medical facilities in Merida.

Comfortable room and clean

The hotel is a bit far from the city centre. You pay for the taxi around 80 pesos to go to city centre. Reception is helpful but they can’t speak English. Breakfast must be improved

Not much to say.

The beds only had sheets, no blankets. The shower head was horrible. Toilet got clogged. Breakfast horrible. Very basic.

We stayed at a very spacious and clean room. The facilities, garden and pool are well kept.

The ice machine wasn't working and they did not display any intention to fix it.

This is basic hotel. It was clean, very small breakfast was available. Worth its price.

Nice hotel closed to a lot of things, but a ways from city center.

Little bit off the beaten track - you need UBER/taxi to get to the tourist area, but still very affordable.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating and adjusted my charges after a terrible first night.

First night was a disaster; the hotel hosted a very large very loud party with dozens of people in and around the pool (right next to my room) until late at night. At 2 am drunk people were yelling and banging on doors & first thing in the morning children were back in the pool screamingand laughing. I love kids but i got almost NO sleep. Hotel manager promised next night theyd be gone and refunded my money. Next night I returned late after preparing for a long early morning flight; i became increasingly sick with breathing problems, headache & chest pain as i was packing, additionally i spent over an hour hunting down 2 large spiders that were zooming around the room before finally killing them at 2am. I was SO sick at this point I was almost passing out from coughing, investigated more thoroughly and found BLACK MOLD throughout the room. Again no sleep from being incredibly sick through the night and was forced to cancel my urgent international flight one hour before check in, causing hours of rescheduling, increased flight costs, and more money spent on other hotels while trying to recover. I was very sick for 9 days, unable to fly home to be with my son who was in the hospital for a week. Hospital visits, many lab tests, harsh medications to combat the brutal illness that staying in this hotel caused. Thanks to the conditions at this hotel, the inability to sleep plus the dangerous black mold problem triggering a horrible reaction, I had one of the most stressful, miserable and expensive 9 days of my years in Mérida. My entire goal in booking there was to be in a clean quiet neutral space to rest deeply before tackling the 20 hour flight schedule to get me home to be with my son during a frightening & high stress time in our family. This place was a total nightmare, except for the lovely warm housekeeping staff who always had a big smile for me.

The rooms were very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and the reception allowed us to check-in earlier.

We stayed for 3 nights. The breakfast was exactly the same each day: cereals. A small sugar-covered bun. And 2 slices of toast with strawberry-marmelade and butter. It would be nice if at least one day they offered something different. Location is quite far from the center.
