The hotel staff is very welcoming & courteous. Really delicious& hearty breakfast served daily. As a remote worker, I appreciated the comfy coworking space on the 3rd floor.

Then walls between the bedrooms. You can hear all noise, talking from neighboring rooms.

We live in Merida. The power goes out periodically. We found this motel relatively close to our house and the conveniences they provide for the price are outstanding! Always clean, always friendly. The location is close to shopping, food and one of the major hospitals.

We loved the neighborhood. The breakfast was awesome. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

I didn't like that the toilet had low pressure.

Location. Price. Cleanliness.

Although we did not use it, one of the mattresses was worn out to the point, you could see the concave dip on one side through the bed coverings.

The hotel is conveniently located directly next to a 24 hour pharmacy and other convenient stores. It is in walking distance to the Altabrisa Plaza. The buffet breakfast was so good. Mario was always friendly and service oriented at breakfast. His attention to details did not go unnoticed.

The rooms were somewhat smaller than I had expected. But after looking at different hotels in the area it seemed that the rooms are actually bigger than most. My stay at the hotel was generally good. However, the addition of an iron with ironing board and a mini refrigerator would’ve made it better.

The complimentary breakfast was good and we were grateful for it. It was a little late for us as we had an early bus to catch.

The card for the door did not work at first, after we checked in. We reported it and I didn't work the second time we checked in again, until the third time after reporting it. Also the room was a little tight with space.

The bathroom was a little run down, the toilet didn’t work half the rime. The TV remote wasn’t working half tbe time even though they changed it twice.

Plumbing needs to be fixed. It smells like sewerage in the bath room.

The location was perfect because we were attending a tournament a block away.

Everything the hotel is very run down and not worth the price. Our room had a foul smell when we walked in at seemed to be coming from the shower drain. The linens were very old and dingy. When we walked down for breakfast everything was empty and it took more than 45 min for the staff to bring out more food. The hallways were extremely hot and only cooled by fans in a city that has 100+ weather.

We love that the staff is very caring, respectful and look out for how you day to day is going particularly Selene. An awesome Front desk/Concierge. We were happy to have had assistance with reservations and direction for the family's first trip to Altabrisa.

Location is perfect, very clean and good environment.

Noise is very bad, you can hear perfectly how is happening in the next room all night long!

I liked the location of the hotel, it's very well positioned for getting around that part of the town for all the work I needed to do.

I mostly did not like anything about this hotel. Starting with the room itself, the sheets were a little dirty. Pillows are very stiff and not soft at all. The rest of the hotel was pretty out of date as well with locks that felt loose. Breakfast was completely horrible, I ended up only eating a slice of bread there during my stay. Noise and management was horrible. There was a bus load of high school kids taking up three floors of the hotel just running around, screaming, slamming doors and hanging out in hallways. I complained three times to the management and they did nothing to calm them down. I called the front desk several times and no one answered, so I had to walk down to complain and they were not even busy, just did not want to answer. Overall, a horrible experience, I would never return.

Nice clean room at a fair price - breakfast included. Plenty of parking. The room was very comfortable.

GOOD PLACE. GOOD BEDS, GOOD PILLOWS, GOOD TV.

MINI FRIDGE WOULD BE GREAT

nice and easy to access. staff is very friendly and one is virtually one street away from everything...

I think a minibar/ min fridge in the room would be great.
