- The hotel is fine. I was hoping to have my roon in a higher floor for the view. It was difficult to find the entrance the very first time. (It is not at ground level)

Friendly stuff and location is great
The air circulation is very poor, which has caused a strong smell of humidity in the hallway and inside the room. This could lead to health issues for guests, and hopefully, there isn’t mold growing between the walls as a result.
customer service, including check in agent exceeded my expectations (informative and friendly)
in this hotel once you come out of the elevator you could smell the old carpet -musty odor given you the sense of an old property with bacteria and mold. Even with the air purifier that they put in the hallway when they are cleaning the room, it is a bothersome offensive odor. once you enter the room that don't have carpet the room smell fresh and clean - easy fix - take away the carpet on the hallway - the property will have an increase on return client- ( NH is one of my preferred properties in Merida) I will come back to this hotel, because I know the odor problem is only in the hallway.however, I was there with a friend, it was the first time she uses NH in Mexico, and her experience was not good she is very sensitive to musty odors - she will not be a repeat client ...
Location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms. Honest staff, I lost a diamond earring in my room, and the maid kindly put it on my counter for me to see. I thought I had lost it on the street!.
Price of food and rooms, it seems a little expensive
Everything is nice, clean and comfortable. The terrace and the pool are wonderful.
Too noisy at night. It's on a main avenue, so I understand there's noise during the day. But there was loud music until late on a Tuesday.
La ubicación es buena
Reservation was done with breakfast included, that was the reason of my decision to stay at this hotel, but finally they told me no breakfast included. Also the room was not cleaned one of the days I spent there. Since there is a lobby bar, too much noise from 21:00 to 23:00 hrs.
Junior Suite - good size of the room, comfortable bed, stylish ambiance.
Room extremely moldy, damp. No window to open and ventilate. (See photo - bathroom mirror corrosion). Dehumidifiers in the corridor.Pool was not operating (without pre-warning on website or booking.com)… Super small gym.Ordered dinner at 23:00 via room service which is available 24/7. At 00:15 I called reception, I was told that they didn’t receive an order (without apologies). I could order now (siting time another 45min). That’s a very bad service.
Great location to main avenue and great venue with lots of choices for restaurants and shopping
Clean facilities, nice staff, comfortable beds
We came to check in at 4 and had to wait THREE HOURS to get into our rooms. We were not the only group waiting, there were about four other groups. We learned that the hotel allows guests to check-out at 3 on Sundays. This is great for Sunday guests but horrible for Monday ones. We were offered a complimentary round of drinks at the bar for the mishaps but that was not enough considering all the money we spent for rooms (that we missed three hours of) and a rooftop pool (that was out of service).
Good location and good breakfast, the staff was also good.
It was super loud outside, music played until 2 or 3 am. Also the furniture is not so new, tv screen is pretty old and the tap in the bathroom fell off.
The location at Paseo 60 with easy access to 3 wonderful restaurants and nightly 9pm entertainment is wonderful. The common areas of the hotel are nice, although the pool doesn't function all the time and is no where near as luxurious as the picture depicts. The breakfast is very good and servers very nice. They have nice waters and fruits at the front desk.
This is my fourth and likely my last stay over the last 16 months. The mildew (or maybe it is mold) keeps getting worse and the smell in the room is unbearable. I tried 2 different rooms this time - the first smelled like when you forget the wash for 3 days in the washing machine in the middle of summer. The second was more like a moldy basement, so I stayed in that one. The AC has to be kept on the entire time to help with the odor, but then the room is freezing. The hallways have 3 dehumidifiers that try to keep up with the moisture, but one can see the mildew creeping up the wallpaper about 12 inches from the floor in the hallways. There was a fire detector dangling from its wires in the ceiling in the 5th floor hallway outside the elevator.
Passable
It was full of humidity in the ceiling and walls. He book to use the swimming poll and it was under maintenance…The did not explain all facilities available…
The location
Mold in the first room they have us. The room was immensely humid. The toilet didn’t work. The second room was not very clean. Hairs all over the bathroom. Only 1 water bottle for 2 people. I used their dry cleaning service for the weeding I had. The shirt was not done in the time frame given. It was handed over 2 hrs before the event. They didn’t iron the shirt for which I paid. I had to look for an iron and do it myself. The staff was horrible to deal with. Never gave solutions.I wouldn’t recommend it. Just use City Express, Hyatt, or Marriot which are next to this hotel.
Excellent location - easy to get to from the airport via a shuttle. In the shopping location of Paseo 60 so lots of great restaurants. Room was a good size - 2 double beds. Beds were comfortable. Windows were covered by a leaf decal which was fine but kind of obscured the view which was a little odd as the view seemed nice.
The lobby seemed very lux but was somewhat disappointed by the room. In our room, the bathroom door couldn't close fully. Not really that important but it seemed like the door just didn't fit or wasn't installed correctly. Also there was significant mold around the bathroom sink tap and even a spot on the ceiling. when we asked about the pool at check in were we told that it was closed but we could use the pool in hotel next door which was a nice pool.
The hotel is nice, clean and very comfortable room, love the pillows and the staff very friendly
The breakfasts was disappointing, before use to be a person preparing ( small section at the restaurant) your omelette, quesadillas etc.. in front of you, now everything was cold and most thing were not fresh. We still back but I wont buy the breakfast
Hotel is in a great location. Staff are friendly and hotel is clean. Food court downstairs is good and rooms are very spacious
Hotel allows dogs which is great. However, the charges are more than putting your dogs into a doggy hotel. Expensive to take dogs and can be compared to the room rate again if you have two dogs. We decided not to take them in the end but would be good for hotels to recognise that travelling with pets is on the increase. It shouldnt mean that the room rate almost doubles
Location, friendly staff, room sizes and layout, loved the restaurants (not part of the hotel) at the ground level, very convenient and great food as well.
The pool area was very dirty and no towels were available when we went up. We had to change rooms because the AC failed half way through our stay. The door in the bathroom is kind of uncomfortable (tight).
Great location for Montejo av and getting I /out of the city. Close to all amenities
