Pros +
- It's in a very nice area with many of the French mansions still operating. The streets are tree lined and there are many activities taking place there. Numerous restaurants there too.
- Everything was amazing. I've stayed here before and will always come back. Staff is great and always eager to help. My Spanish is very rusty but they were very good at communicating. Many eating places close by.
- I booked a room king but they give me a 2 doble bed room in the last corner of the hotel and that was because they have romantic promotions is like they have no more king rooms for the romantic promotions that they have on and I have to sacrifice my king
Cons -
- You're not close to the shopping or the bus terminal. The buses leave from the central square and youi'll need a taxi or Uber to get there. One conciere at the hotel failed to have me picked up and returned to the hotel after a tour.
- We stayed a week. If I were to change anything, it would be to have an option of microwave or refrigerator. Eating out every meal gets expensive. We were offered a place to store cold items in the kitchen. No clothes drawers but that is normal any more.
- They have no customer service and they don¿t give me the room that I requested because is a terrible hotel by hour means in weekends they rent the King beds room just for the people that buy the horrible Romantic Night and they don¿t give me the room th
