Location was good

Cockroaches in the room and very hard beds

I'm a fussy eater so the buffet offering was not up to my standard, but most hotels here are the same, so they were no worse.I ordered a separate order of scrambled eggs with bacon. The eggs were runny and the bacon was nearly raw, there was so much uncooked fat!My second morning I went to a restaurant on the strip - no problem.

Toilet would not flush on its own. Had to fill up the waste paper basket with water and pour it down after each use.When I arrived there were no shower towels or hand towels or wash cloths in the room. When I requested them they supplied only shower towel.Beds (tried both) were lumpy and uncomfortable.I'm surprised you would recommend this hotel to anyone! And for the price I paid, it was maddening!!

Horrible experience, they had a party upstairs and they didn't let us know they were renting the hotel for people to have a party and the room was shaking at night from the loud music when complained about it, they said they would issue a refund to booking but they never did

I liked the pool and the location near the beach.

The room’s floor was dirty, there was blood on the floor, on the bed and one of the towels. There wasn’t a towel for the floor nor face towels, just for the body, and the bed sheets were not comfortable at all.

The elevator needs maintenance as urgent

The staff is very nice.

The building hasn't been painted in so long, the walls are gross, and the elevator does not work. There were only 2 old towels in the bathroom (we were 4 guests), no tawel for the hands or feet. When we asked for more towels, the front desk didn't want to give us more. They finally did. The beds are so uncomfortable, and they do not have a hair dryer, not an iron.Lucky we were there for one one night.

Estuve un día y todo el tiempo el agua de la alberca estubo turbia, en general la zona de alberca estaba sucia (basura en mesas y el piso) y el personal estaba platicando en lugar de limpiar.

The hotel is in very bad conditions: all the environment is very dirty, the elevator do not work properly (we have a baby and a stroller and we had to lift up to the 4th floor and go down to the 3rd floor by using the stairs because the control of the elevator didn't work), the room was dirty and entering there was a cockroach in the bathroom, the fixtures are old and the view was awful, the sheets were dirty and the towels smelled nasty

The hotel in the photosl look so pretty, but it's so different. The locations safe.

The services, the towels are with holes, the elevator not working 1 day, the reception not A/C, the shower was linking water, it's not the quality they show photos. Only one bottle of water for room free. The door lock was broken. I am not recommended. The photos in booking nothing can do with hotel..

The hotel is located in the blvd with many places around like rest and pharmacy and stores

Not so many good things to say about this hotel, better read the other part of my review. What's good: The room was big enough. The interior of the hotel looks nice. The big-size flat screen was okay. There's an air conditioner.

I wonder how this hotel can have four stars and provide as much as two-star hotel. Even in 2-star hotels they provide small bottles of water. The fact that there's no water in the room is surprising. The first night they had not even water to sell on the reception, they had it then for sale. Four-star hotel that sells water bottles... Other weak point - there's no place to hang a towel, neither in the bathroom or in the room. There's not even a WC paper stand. The bathroom is clocked, the water goes out of the shower cabin and then the whole bathroom is wet. Advising the reception didn't change a thing. WiFi - one open network with no internet access and another, which has access but not in the room. You get signal only at the door then it disappears once you get incide. Advising the reception did not change a thing. No place to hang your clothes. There's place for a wardrobe, but no hangers nor a hanger stand. No fridge or minibar. You can't expect to have one in a two-star or three-star hotel but you do expect to have one in a four-star. The location - it's good only if you're with a car. of not you are far from everything and you need a cab each time you go out. I read all the reviews before booking, hoping for the best, unfortunately they had been confirmed

The rooms we’re clean, the stuff was helpful, with a deposit of 100 pesos we had the possibility to use an iron. The view on the swimming pool is great.

Some rooms need to be refreshed - there was mold on the walls

it was dirty, you could see the dust in the surfaces and the there was hair left in the bathrooms when we arrived. the pictures were deceiving, looks much nicer in the pictures than it does in real life. the air conditioner was ancient and the hot water was unreliable.
