It was clean, nice staff. The food at the hotel restaurant was great, good price and good service. Free wifi.

Terrible, don not go there, i lost my money , the room was nasty, i did not stayed , i soon we arrive to the room , we saw how nasty it was , so we just left , we have to pay for another last minuted hotel. Do not waste your money going there

Everyrhing was disgusting

We didn’t have breakfast there, service was good but the place is not good

We left 3 days before because we saw cockroaches, pillows too hard, towels and sheets old, the place needs some repair

The room had no window.

The whole hotel is worn out. Furniture in the room was old and partly broken. Also there's only few of the furniture in the room, no wardrobe or so, even though the room is spacious. Stains and holes on bed linen and towels.There's a plastic foil on the mattress, so the sleeping is uncomfortable.Sewage smell in bathroom, dirty windows. No good restaurants nearby, also the closest beach is terrible.Pros: The staff was kind and helpful. Strong stream of hot water all time. A la carte breakfast was okayish. Everyday cleaning.

Location, good price, good room space, elevator, comfy pillows, hot water. Internet is very good, Smart tvs on the Rooms.

A lot of water wasted since there’s no door into the shower (can be messy), bedsheets need a change (they’re old), small parking (only 7 vehicles allowed, first come first served, then parking on the street only), staff is not friendly (they’re just do what needs to be done and not more). Limited towels, only 2 big old towels (no face towels, or bath mat or floor towels), blankets only available on demand at reception.

The Hotel is in an older more quiet part of the city much to our delight - walking distance to the centro historico and only footsteps to the Aquarium, Malecon and beaches. The restaurant provided great value for the package deal for guests. Be sure to purchase the day before to get this offer. The housekeeping is top notch and beds were also supremely comfortable.Amazing value !

The first room provided did not have a window and so we were able to switch to another room without any problem. I attempted to purchase a coffee to takeaway from the restaurant however it seems that the policy is dine-in only.Some of the fixtures (curtains, ceiling) are needing repair but overall they are providing great product .

The room was nice , the beds very comfortable. Staff were friendly. Good hotel to stay at in VeraCruz

The walls were super thin. You could hear next doors tv , which was annoying.

Was loud unlike their advertising, unfriendly and not helping not only to us also to other guest, cockroaches in the room, dirty bed sheet and walls etc. Internet difficult to connect to and reception so lala

I like that it was so close to the beach and many eateries. The staff was also very helpful. In addition, it was very clean.

I didn’t like that they do not have a mini-fridge, a big enough closet, or even a phone in the room. I had to go down to the lobby to inquire about simple things. Although one of the ladies at the front desk told me that I could reach them via WhatsApp, I still found that a little weird.Finally, they seemed to be rationing the towels because I saw two towels in the bathroom only on the first night of my stay. Subsequently, they gave me only one after each room clean up.

It was pretty disappointing!! Photos and hotel descriptions are great but it doesn't reflect reality. :(The only two things that I liked were the location and the restaurant attached to it which has really great prices for the area.

It was pretty dirty...blankets and towels were stained. Hair everywhere in the bathroom and on the blanket. We reported the issue to reception which she gave us another room, but it didn't change much..therefore my cleanliness rate is 2!The room was specious but don't have any windows and they are really dark. The only good thing was the air con which saved the night.

The hotel is located 1 min away from thr aquarium, 2 min fromMalecon, about 20’ from thr bus stations n Centro Historico.The bathroom has a nice shower, hot water n pressure were available all the time.The bed is comfy. A very good place in a town that is good for sea food n not so much more.

My room had no window so it was dark without light.

The location so close to sea and the scenery was wonderful. The accomodations were simple and close to nice restaurants on the shore.

The pillows on the bed were rock hard and no window in our room.

Location is great. Rooms are pretty good and the beds, as far as I can tell, are comfortable. Our room had a pretty nice view to the street so I could take a look to my car whenever I needed (yeah, small parking lot and full vacancies). I could not hear other guests at all.

Our shower was clogged and we were running to a mayor disaster.

The location. Easy to access. Restaurants just around the corner. A block away the main Av.

It wasn't clean when i first arrived, neither any of the days i went back. Water preassuare was awful. Stained bed sheets and they didn't changed them during my 8 day stay.

The location of the property is great. really close to the beach.

There were stains on our sheets and one morning we went to the restaurant downstairs to have breakfast and a lady came to us and said they were busy and couldn’t serve us. It was strange because there was only 2 other tables and they were being served. We got up and decided to eat out. Upon returning, I looked in the restaurant and new people were eating and being served. We are non-Mexican and all others that were being served were.
