Pros +
- Had a problem with the AC in the room staff handled it in a timely manner
- Breakfast was great. Location was great. Cleaning service was great.. Aside from that the front desk concierge were all very nice.
- The location is perfect for walking to the historic district and nearby restaurants. The view is amazing, so definitely book an ocean view room and make sure to check out the rooftop. The bellhop and valet service were awesome, very friendly, and genuinely helpful. Shout out to the cleaning staff, who were kind, attentive, and clearly doing their best to make guests feel welcome—sometimes in ways that go above and beyond.
Cons -
- One front desk man was very rude and had refused to give me towels until I said I was going to report him then he gave me two towels.. The shower stall was stained. The TV was useless.
- We booked a king room with a city view, but it must have been the unrenovated side of the building because it smelled heavily of mold and had old wet towels stuffed in the leaking window sills. They did move us to a different king room with a partial ocean view that was better, but the first impression was rough. The pet policy also felt excessive—besides a 1000 peso cash deposit, they charge 400 pesos per night for a dog, even if it’s a three-pound chihuahua on tile floors. The room didn’t contain anything remotely worth that much risk. The pool rules were longer than the pool itself, and don’t expect to enjoy sunrise with a coffee up there, because that’s not allowed either. And after we paid for another night and another 400 pesos for the dog, they were still stingy with the in-room coffee. Being that tight over a couple instant packets after we literally extended our stay was just petty. overall, It felt more like being monitored than being on vacation.
- The first room I got was on the top floor and the walls had some water damage (there had been really bad rains recently). However, I was promptly given another room when I requested a change.

- Seafront location- Big, clean, nicely decorated rooms- Quiet (stayed on Tue night)- Cold/hot water dispenser in the hallway- Coffee machine in the room- Decent restaurant

It was clean (credit solely to the maids.) but that is about the only good thing I can write about this hotel. The cleaning staff were friendly and helpful, but the front desk was less than stellar.
I got the distinct impression this hotel thinks very highly of itself with all its rules and restrictions despite not being that luxurious or comfortable. The WiFi was patchy. The tiny pool had more rules than square meters. My key kept malfunctioning. (I was told it was due to cell phone proximity which seems like a major flaw for a key in 2025.) I visited with my small dog and there was a large deposit and fee despite the room being nearly bare with tile flooring. (I don’t think a single item of furniture- not that there was much- was worth the $1,000 deposit.)
Great place to stay! Clean, great location, beautiful pool, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. It's an easy 5-10 minute straight walk to the ocean. I would highly recommend it!
The breakfast I would say just ok. I liked the locatiom
Nothing to do with the hotel it has to do with taxis in Veracruz, many are not airconditioned and hel together with duct tape. Fares a confusing, they are my zones but the drivers charge what they want. They are antiquated and I would have to use gps on my phone to show them how to get where we are going. They don’t take credit cards. UBER or other services are rare to get.
The beds are very old and uncomfortable made my back hurt badly. Also we got woken up at 9 am by the cleaning people to make a check out like wtf the room was barrow and to he beds very old and you can feel the springs
Location and facilities Despite it is an old place the property is very well maintained
Parking is out of the hotel facility
very well located and next to seafront. Good walking and jogging board walk. The staff of the hotel is super helpful, especially Ms. Sandra and Ms. Yazmin. They goes out of the way to sort out my booking.

The location is great, walkable from Downton and folklore. Good food and the sea in front of the hotelThe front desk is awesome, always attentive to help and very nice people
The security guardians. I understand their work but they can be a little more politeThey treatment like a delinquent because the reception forgot to give me the parking ticket
Clean, accommodating. Staff was kind and helpful.
Location couldn't be better. Spacious rooms and very clean facilities. The incredible view from the room turns to completely breathtaking from the rooftop pool. Overall amazing experience.
Nothing, place is a 10 out of 10.
Location is awesome, close to the malecon and centro. Staff was outstanding and even helped us drive our vehicle through the Carnival blocked streets. Hotel and room were clean. Staff friendly. Rooftop pool was great!
Seems like an old hotel and is very outdated. There were windows water leaks in our room and the elevator wasn’t working. Taking your bags up the stairs sucked but for a tip the staff could help. Hopefully will be fixed soon.
It was a clean place, and the attention was wonderful
I do ask for extra coffee, and they never give to me. Plus, they say it is an extra cost
Great location, clean rooms, wonderful friendly staff.
Good location and quality/price
The sonorisation of room is not very good. I was close to external exchanger for air conditionar. But for the rest good quality/price,. Good restaurant with good choice.
- Centrally located, near to the aquarium, downtown and to the famous "La Parroquia" coffee.- Air conditioner was working good.- Good buffet breakfast, there is live music in the restaurant.- Amenities in the bedroom were good, the room itself is fine.
On arrival, I got assigned one room with a sea view, I got upstairs and left my stuff. When I tried to enter back again after going outside, the key was locked. In front desk they told me there have been a mistake and that I got a wrong room assigned. They changed me to a jail like room with absolutely no view other than a horrible ventilation shaft that had a really bad odor. Fortunately, the manager gave me a courtesy breakfast, which made things better next day and I was thankful for that.- There is no parking, it is a valet parking guy that takes your car away to who knows where, outside there are some spots but you may end up with your car locked by the transport police.- No safe box
Location is great. Room is good. The pool es small but it is clean
The problem was that someone was repairing something and there was noise, during the daySomeone asked my doughters to out from the room because she was to clean.
The cervice and the area and the restaurant
The rooms to small
