I thought the location was on the beach

Front desk clerks are easily lured to give keys to visitos without guest authorization

everything was good, restaurant excellent , personal excellent, valet Parkin excellent.

Shower floor was flooded all the time.

Conveniently located above a mall with various places to eat and shops. Loved the Mezzanine which was bright and airy. nice to sit and charge devices . Seemed popular with groups celebrating birthdays etc. Live music was nice. My room was spacious and super comfortable. Restaurant downstairs offered a breakfast buffet and food was nice. I ate dinner one night and the ceviche was perfect, delicious soup and ribeye steak.

Baked potato was cold and had to be reheated otherwise tasted good.

Bed too soft for my likings. Sink was dripping had to be repaired twice

It was very clean and had all the amenities.

The food wasn't good. We ordered the nachos and they were bad. The drinks were too sweet.

The location is superb, the room was awesome with lots of space, clean, great products and the service was great.

Due to their renovation works sometimes you could hear a bit of noise (which is totally normal).

The room A/C is extremely loud, "airplane ready to takeoff" noisy!Switch A/C off and a loud high-pitch annoying sound comes from the bathroom.Room #5016.

The breakfast was amazing!! Loved everything about it. Great food. Great service. Located in mall and across the street from another mall. Walking distance to Mambo Beach.

The room was a good size with a comfortable arm chair and a desk. The bed was comfortable.

.Temperature control, bathrooms water flow great TV service and wifi great room service.Must get the breakfast buffet.

It's was overall good little pricey, needs a little more maintenance on pools,when we got there the one room had unpleasant smell

The location and facilities were perfect. The staff was exceptionally kind and efficient. Our son was sick on this trip and the staff did everything to help us in every way. When he was sick in the bed at 1 in the morning, a cleaning lady came up right away to change the sheets with a smile, for two nights in a row. We felt very welcome and that the staff cared very much about the quality of our stay and the well-being of our son. The breakfast was delicious, the shuttle to the private beach was quick and easy. The private beach was calm and had a great little restaurant.Being located inside the beautiful mall was also very practical. We just had to take an escalator and had access to everything we needed.The best of both worlds-- beach, restaurants and shopping.Thank you so much to all the staff for your care and incredible hospitality.

Disappointing

The shaft door to a shaft in the room was broken a deep drop from the third floor. Extremely dangerous for our daughter

The pool

We went to the beach but didn’t have water and not even light , even the pool wasn’t full So you can’t eat or go to the bathroom …So bad

Location is not on the beach but transportation is very convenient! And cannot beat being inside a very nice shopping mall. Several options to eat inside the hotel and at the mall. Staff, my favorite part! Everybody is so kind! Already planning to go back next year.

Really cannot think about anything. Maybe have the bar closing later at night on Saturdays?
