Secure parking comfortable very clean

The hotel has a pleasant design, communication was quick, we had a nice terrace.

It's extremely noisy, I was unable to sleep.There were 2 doors in our room and three times at night we could hear other people scream and slam the door, the hotel staff did nothing about it, and I think such noise level at night is completely unacceptable, that's why I wouldn't recommend it.

I was sick and booked this hotel because I wanted some luxery. And couldn’t have been better. The beds are amazing, it’s very clean, room service is great and the staff is very friendly

They where building in and around the hotel so it was a bit noisy

The bed was nice, cotton white bedsheets. There was a very friendly cat next to the reception.

First room we were put in had a mold issue, smelled like mildew and bathroom was very dirty. We asked to change the room and the other one had a constant buzzing sound that they said can’t fix because it comes from another building, impossible to stay there, UN has to consider this a torture. We ended up leaving, staff gave us refund pretty fast. Rooms even though have nice design but everything is very DIY and very worn down, not made to last.

The AC was positioned in a corner and it didn’t cool the room enough.

Very basic, or course. But a good place to spend a night if you’re in transit through Veracruz. Very helpful full staff and clean rooms.

It was fine for what it is.

They are pet friendly friendly, the parking is right there at the hotel front which is amazing .

The bathroom floor is old and dated . Even when it’s clean it looks dirty because it has been changed in what looks like more than 50 years .

The swimming pool was very, very dirty. I was so disappointed. Also, I think they should post their pet fee on the app so a guest will know in advance what it will be. I think it was a bit high.

Just over a block to the beachfront, great parking, staff wonderful. The room was very clean and the shower had hot water - who could ask for more from basic accommodations! I had a very early flight out so this was perfect for staying in Veracruz the night before. I wanted easy out and budget but something where I could walk over to the waterfront. Would stay again if a similar need occurs.

great looking hotel, spacious rooms, big parking, good brekfast for 90 pesos, locations is convenient - between historical center and boca del rio

its not a hotel isssue - the city of Veractuz had a better times. There are lot of abandoned buildings.
