Fiesta Inn Veracruz Malecon

The best about the hotel is the location and the nice views.

Not being notified about road closures, it was a real hassle to get in and out of the hotel. Parking was full on the first night and I had to park on the street. The room was very simple, there was no fridge or microwave.

We didn’t have breakfast there.

The hotel is beautiful but dated. It was Hard to recharge phones and laptops at the same time. Car parking was awkward.

It was really disappointing.

Unfortunately, the place is different from the pictures and extremely expensive in comparison to other hotels in Mexico. You can’t open the windows and the AC is super noisy.

No Netflix. Expensive and poor quality food.

The location right next to the port is good.

We travelled for the marathon event, which starts early and needed to rest the night before. However, the hotel had an event on the second floor that same night that didn't let us sleep. Really disappointed given the staff knew several guests were there for the marathon.Additionally, the hotel is across the street from another event venue which also caused a lot of noise during the night.

Location, very comfortable bed and pillows.

Room is in need of update. Windows to the sea are so dirty you can’t see out.

staff really nice they were able to change the room for one on the 3rd floor, great view of the city and everything is just a walking distance, safe place to stay

I don’t know why ?? but I always look for Fiesta Inn wherever I go, mi experience at Fiesta inn Veracruz was amazing I can’t not complain, super clean restaurant, rooms, and what can I say about the employees ? efficient service, I really love it ? These property has the most Beutifull location everything is so close… I don’t have more words I love it ❤️❤️❤️

The location was great - near the malecon and easy walking distance to the zocalo. It was also very secure since it was opposite the navy property which was always guarded.The buffet breakfast was also very good - wide variety of food and the fact that it's available from 6am to 12pm on weekdays and 6am to 1pm on the weekends is an added bonus. One doesn't have to get up early for the breakfast and one can skip lunch.The staff were always pleasant and very helpful.

The hotel is very well located but the building and the amenities are a little old. There's plenty of space in the room but not very well used. The gym was really basic and the pool wasn't very attractive.

I liked the proximity to the main plaza and boardwalk, sea front. The hotel was very nice and staff friendly and very helpful, I asked them if they could print some papers off for me and they were only happy to do so.

I had booked a king-size room with a balcony and sea views but as I arrived earlier I got offered another room which was a family room. I was happy to check in early but I asked if the other room had sea views and I was told it didn't. If it had of I would have waited...

Just location

it is pointless to have a reservation for a room that they can decide to change subject to availability even if it does not have the right ocean view. Not very helpful staff wanted us to think that it was actually an upgrade’ to get such a room with the wrong number of beds.

the air conditioner is too noisy, the window was dirty so we can’t enjoy the view.

everything is old and lack of maintenance, I even found bugs inside the room.

I liked the location of it, I had a really good view of the sea and ships. It was really good, BUT, you have to be in the upper floors because they have a nice terrace.My parents were in below floors and their window didn’t open at all.

The rooms were dated and not as polished as they were shown in pictures. Our bedsheets were dirty and they smell pretty bad. The staff sent someone over but they just change them for a worst ones….
