The cleanness, the staff, the food, I was very impressed, would come back, and share this Hotel with others, the price and comfortness was very good, only one suggestion, upgrade the TV, and stations, but overall, I would rate this Hotel a 10,

NOTHING, but I do want to say, Night staff on 01/13/23, was AMAZING, and the restaurant staff on 01/14/23, just as of AMAZING, Thank You Guys So Much, BLESSINGS

Excellent staff, front desk, kitchen and housekeeping

I really liked this hotel, especially considering the price. The staff were super nice and accommodating. The location is fantastic, close enough to walk to the center and across the street from a decent beach. The breakfast was basic but good. The beds were also very comfortable. Highly recommended.

The room was much better than expected: marble floors and stone walls in the shower.The breakfast was very tasty.The swimming pool is just enough family with kids up to 12 years old

The elevators could be renovated and also have Air conditioning

This hotel’s location is great. The beach is just across the street, and there are plenty of restaurants, shops and amenities available nearby. The staff was super friendly and eager to serve, and our room was comfy, spacious, and super clean. We are definitely coming back!

Unfortunately, the pool was closed due to maintenance, and the noise was a bit too much when in the restaurant. Other than that, there’s little to dislike about the hotel. Food was good, and the restaurant was ok although a little noisy, but definitely not a deal-breaker.

Cheap price for room, good room service and hot breakfast

The breakfast was good, except that most of the time there was only one main dish, the attention I received from the waiters was very good, especially from Mr. Ignacio and Mr. Salas.

Most of the time all the hotel staff were very good, ready to solve any problem that arose.

There is no fridge in the room. Breakfast was not very varied, but ok.

The Hotel was close to the beach. The pool was nice.

Upon arrival we were not given the room we booked. There was a discrepancy between Booking.com and the hotel. I had to pay an extra amount to get the room that I booked. The room we were given was not clean. there were still dirty towels on the floor in the bathroom. We called the desk and they sent a person to clean the room and deliver towels. The air conditioner did not work well. we were told that the beachfront and fifth floor room had poorly functioning AC units due to the direct exposure to the sun.

For the most part the staff was friendly it was clean and I loved the location

The elevator was broken for most of my stay so w had to walk up the stairs to the 3rd floor everytime I left my son is disabled and I have a pacemaker it's not good for heart patients. The website still states there is FREE breakfast in the morning this was a hi selling point for me because we wouldn't have to leave the hotel till we were about to do our day. But no instead I had to get up every morning get all the way dressed make them get up and completely dresses just to go get breakfast and come back to the room back up the stairs.

I enjoyed how close we were to the beach.

The staff was not as helpful as we would have liked. Breakfast started at 7:00 am which was very inconvienent for early morning travelers.
