People taking your laugage to your room ask to identify what laugage is sensitive to be careful with, then when I leave my hotel people enter your room without authorization and search your laugauge specially the sensitive piece of laugage

Bathroom and shower was nice. Gym was disappointing in terms of quality and amount of equipment.Lobby bar ran out of red wine on New Year's Eve!

Lighting in the room and bathroom as poor.

Location is great but is not at the beach and has not a beach for the guest... beach is right across the street and is fun and super busy because is a public beach

At check out they had a mixed up about getting me a cab to the airport I almost missed my flight

The staff was very friendly, helpful and spoke English. They are real stars. Also, love the cookies;)The gym and pool are simple but clean and comfortable.The room and bathroom are very good.

During the night both me and my partner woke up with a very sore throat from the AC. We both got sick the next day. I strongly advise to check and replace the filters. We had a room with ocean view, but the glass windows are so dirty that there isn't much to see.

The breakfast buffet was very un inspired. The same melon each day for breakfast, no oranges or pineapple or other varieties. The breakfast system is overcomplicated as you have to sign for the meal and the waiters ask for a tip. Coffee and milk is served to you but I had to ask every day . Music too loud at breakfast.

Well located, close to downtown and close to the Good restaurants and attractions

The building it’s getting old, the pool was very cold and the price is a little bit expensive for the type of hotel. Some personnel not very polite.

Hallways smelled a bit mildewy sometimes and the building exterior looked like the hurricanes have been taking their toll. I don’t think they’re letting guests stay in the upper floors and the elevator won’t go to them.

The staff! I had a bit of an issue initially. My Spanish was not sufficient to work through the matter. Fortunately, two people on the shift spoke English, one more than the other. They were BOTH responsive and super helpful.

What I am about to mention has NOTHING to do with the hotel itself. Booking.com had a misleading description of the amenities page of its site for this Doubletree location, which influenced my choice making. I worked through it with the hotel. I see that Booking has thankfully corrected the mistake on the amenities page.

Comfortable, clean, quiet, great view

Breakfast is a little expensive.

Hallways need more lighting. Hotel has no decoration on walls very very plain. Trays of room service stood on the hallway for two days.

We booked it for the pool as we wanted a relaxing break. The pool was a good size and not busy on our stay. The water was very cold - which would have been wonderful on a warmer day. The room did not have a great deal of character but it was a good size, as was the bathroom.

It lacked a bit of character and the personal touch. I imagine it is more aimed at professionals on business trips.

Very friendly staff, only good thing about this hotel

The pool was not heated, it felt like ice. Especially if you are going with children, this is not the place to go. Furthermore, the beach front is across the street and not private to the hotel, anyone can go there. For us, never again.

The location is great! The breakfast had a great variety.

The pictures are deceiving. The rooms was outdated and had a smell to it. I was glad I was only there one night

Room was clean and comfortable, quiet. View is excellent to see the beach and sea.
