The Buffet was average with limited selections. Price way to high for the breakfast buffet.

I did not like the hotel. It is not what is showing in the photos. This have been the worst experience I have had in a hotel. I asked the hotel to change room and they said that they will change rooms but we have to pay -- Mexican pesos per night.

The room was not clean. There were cocroaches in the room, disgusting. The bathroom had mold and the lamp were rooted. I took photos. They would not change rooms unless we payM---XN per night and would not refund the money. It is unacceptable.

The room was large and nicely furnished. The shower was huge. Check-in was easy even though I showed up late. The desk was friendly and helpful. Food at the restaurant was good quality.

Location and beautiful ocean view and front desk staff were very courteous and willing to help as much as they could.

The room smelled super bad like urine and then I got a different room.I was told before coming the pool was being renovated but I was not informed that they were renovating almost everywhere including on my floor and in the room right next to me so the noise and chemical fumes were very uncomfortable. The communication was difficult because I don’t speak Spanish. I needed good, safe drinking water but they only provided one bottle a day. I ended up getting sick during this stay.

I think need more attention the shower.

A little bit pricy

The staff did everything to keep us confortable and relaxed. The facilities are good, the drinks delicious. We enjoyed our vacations a lot.

The beach was not as clean as we would expect. Not the best part of our stay.

Customerservice, cleanliness, price, pool hours- room was not clean, switched to another room this one, we found cockroaches, in the evening. Staff sent someone to spray with Raid, no apology, just an offer to switch rooms again! Desk chair in room had 2 missing wheels. Mattress overly soft. And for this room we paid 3000 pesos. Pool closes too early, staff ignores you, but they do come and tell you to leave when they’re closing.

Great pool, service is good, very good location.

No breakfast included for 13 years old son and for my daugther 10 years, only a discount coupon. If we are requesting a room for 4 people, and I specified the ages, the expeced was a breakfast for all of us.

he air conditioner wasn’t able to change temperature or speed. Just on or off.The phone didn’t work, and the staff only told that they will check and report it. never did anything

Hotel location was perfect. We were able to enjoy a walk by the sea and relish the vibrancy of the city! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Pool area was well set up. Staff was very nice!

there were dark spots around the shower enclosure/door. The pool patio/bar was not inviting, it was not set up "open for business"

front desk clerks would not listen. Gabriela gave us the WORST room under the turbines it was awful very noisy

Shower was clogged, room bedding was very low quality and staff was unable to meet our needs.

Breakfast food is just ok, it could be better.

It is near to the beach, good food, very clean, you feel secure.

Holiday Inn did not honor the price you gave me, and I had to pay double.
