- The towels were wrapped on a rack above the toilet. The towels unwrapped falling in the toilet. I asked for towels and they never brought them, besides when o asked they said I can only give you one more because you were 3 people and 2 towels were already in the room, when I explained what happened, they said they will make an exception, but the towels never made it to the room. ?
- It was dirty, bed and pillows uncomfortable. Noisy, food was good for the price. Towels were dirty. Very few parking spots.

This is perfect for a one night stay if you are catching the bus next morning and you want to be close to Veracruz downtown. The place is what it is!
