Cons -
- I was unable to use my credit card to pay for my rooms. We did not have enough local currency to pay for the room out of pocket and had to look for an atm late at night. The receptionist stated that she could not take our card because it was "american".
- Every thing was good
- Several small roaches in the room

It seems the parking lot is not big enough so you have to park outside your car
I didn't have breakfast, the room was pleasant, only the window was small, so it was dark in the roomthe room is ideal for a one-night stayI liked the desk in the room where I could work on the PC
the view from the window is not very nice, although I could see the pool, but the surroundings were not pleasantparking was very limited, I had to leave my car on the street
Breakfast is good is a buffet option under $10 dollars which is not bad at all. Plus their is options literally next door at walking distance...
We love staying here because it has a nice pool and is very close to the bus station. It is comfortable, clean, and secure.
The only issue we had was with the lack of hot water in the mornings/mid day. If you stay here and want a hot shower, plan to do so at night.
Everything was good, very clean, comfortable, the bathroom had plenty of space
We arrived at 8 pm, and they made us wait almost for an hour for the room because they were cleaning it, even when the check in was supposed to be starting at 3 pm
Closeness to ado buses
Dysfunctional door lock elevator not working for two days, lack of communication amongst reception staff
I like the room
Swimming pool was too deep for kids and I doesn't said how deep it is..
Restaurant serves American breakfast buffet @100$, good value. Central location for starting tours by car or bus.
Over the holidays extremely noisy with adults and kids playing ball and yelling in the hallway until 2am. Elevator unreliable.
The pool was a wonderful luxury to have for the price. The room was cleaned every day, and there was always hot water available. We ate at the restaurant the first night because we arrived late, it was also good. The proximity to the bus station is super convenient. Chatted with some locals at La Mixteca restaurant who said it's the best hotel near the bus station. Would definitely stay again, muchísimas gracias!
We did have to reprogram our room card daily, but after the first night no big deal, just part of the quirks of the place. I saw one cockroach and swiftly killed it on our last night. It is Mexico, and with food in the rooms I am happy it was only one.
clean & spacious rooms, easy to find, good swimming pool, near bus station
staff not particularly helpful, not in the centre of town
Near to bus stationGood sized roomQuick easy check-in/out
Everything was fine, I really liked my room, it was spacious and clean. The hotel was a bit further from the beach than other hotels and didn't have a view of the sea or anything but that was reflected fairly in the cheaper price. It was right beside the bus station which worked well for me when i got off my 5 hour bus trip from CDMX as I just had to walk 100 meters to the hotel. The hotel has a restaurant at the ground floor that serves good food. The wifi worked and was stable. Lots of amenities near by and easy enough to walk to to the beach or catch a cheap taxi or bus to Zocalo and Malecon.
The thing I really didn't like at this hotel is that when my boyfriend came to visit me at the hotel during the day the receptionist did not even call my room to tell me that I had a visitor and so he had to go out and buy credit on his mobile and call me to come down and get him (despite him giving my first name and room number). The next night we came back to the hotel at night and they treated us like we were doing something wrong, demanding that I had to pay extra for having an additional guest. I told them that if the price for a matrimonial room with a king sized bed is different for 1 person than for a couple then this should be specified on Booking.com (the price is exactly the same on booking.com for 1 or 2 persons), as these are factors that their customers will consider when making their booking and it reflects a lack of transparency on their part. They still insisted on charging me an extra 150 pesos. Not that much extra, but the attitude they gave us annoyed me. They treated me like i was trying to sneak him in to the hotel and proceeded to check my booking details to make sure I was telling the truth that I had pre-paid an 8 day booking, even though the second receptionist who was sitting next to the bossy one knew very well that I had paid in advance. The receptionist even told me smugly as I handed over the money, that if I have a problem with this the only thing I can do is leave a comment on Booking.com
Big bed, clean, close to Bus station.
Horrible WiFi.
I liked the hotel overall. The location was great, everything was close by. Breakfast could have a little more variety so it could be GREAT. My Wi-Fi never connected to my cellphones. I liked the pool very well.
Breakfast variety could be with more things to choose from. Pool could stay open all night. I like to walk a lot. Coming back from a long walk at night and going to the pool would be a great idea. I will stay there again.
